it was great location. near to everything- train subway restuarants theatre bars. room was very small though

Perfect location for anyone wanting to explore central London and go to the theatre being two minutes walk from Trafalgar Square on the edge of Covent Garden. Within walking distance of most theatres as well as Leicester Square, Regents Street, the South Bank, National Gallery etc

On arrival at the hotel we was slightly unsure what to expect giving we had a frosty woman check us in and it took 25 minutes in total to check 3 people. Once checked in though things where great bed was comfy room quiet ( no hot water for a shower before bed ) but I was to shattered to go 4 flights down and by morning there was hot water). The TV smart mirror system can be confusing so in reality it’s a normal tv with the option of attaching your mobile device. Breakfast was really good at £6 each. The rooms are showing signs of ageing however this would not stop you enjoying the delights of premier inn hub. In fact I would go as far to say it would be nice to see more PI Hubs at more locations rather the just in city centre locations, especially if they lowered the price for them

We booked the hub as we simply needed a functional, cheap room for the night in London. Our expectations were met with a clean, functional room with a comfy bed. Our expectations were superseded as Alina heard it was our 25th wedding anniversary and left a card, chocolates and prosecco in our room. It was a lovely gesture that some luxury hotels would not do. The little things go a long way. Highly recommended hotel, in the heart of London.

Positive - great location and free tea and coffee Negatives - tiny room, bed very high, mattress did not reach the edges of the bed, so exposed to sharp edges, no natural light I’ve been in larger lifts! Won’t stay again, will stay in a ‘proper’ Premier Inn

Staff were really helpful upon arrival, and changed my room per request, without any questions asked. Check in was simple and slick. Towels were fresh daily, upon request. Breakfast was provided early, owing to attending the Marathon, with a great selection of food types available - all fresh and hot. They also offered free water, fruit and cereal bars to those participating in the Marathon - a really nice touch. A lovely stay. warm & comfortable rooms, and location was fantastic.

I stayed at this location as it is very close to the finish of the Marathon. Not having to walk to far for a hot shower and a cup of tea after 26.2 miles was the key feature for selecting the Hub. I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness and breakfast (real porridge not instant, fruit, toast etc, served from 6:30am - perfect for runners). My only criticism is that the room was too warm at night but I say this about every place I stay - I like to sleep in the cold with windows open - so I accept it is me not you! The staff were friendly and most importantly for me unobtrusive. Would I stay here again - definitely. My only reservation about recommending this location is that if it gets too popular it will not be available next year for the LM - assuming I get lucky in the ballot again.

Went for weekend away. Great location not for to walk to lots of attractions. Hotel clean very small, but nothing there much.

Lovely hotel room lighter and bigger than we thought. Bed and pillows great as usual for Premier Inn. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real bargain and all lovely. We left our case on both days so we could explore London.
