This hotel used to be four season but now a different group, it is Really need to update all the facilities including the bed, tv and all kinds of toilets equipment, it is 10 yeas ago but in real 2023

The service of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. It is very close to the financial center and a few hundred meters away. Generally speaking, it is definitely not as convenient as staying in the city center, but at this price in London, the price/performance ratio is not bad

The hotel is well placed in Canary Wharf and half the rooms would get decent views of the Thames. Standard business hotel. As a swimmer the free access to the Virgin pool next door was a real plus. Also location means walking distance to the CBD of Canary Wharf so no need for buses, tube or taxis.

I stayed here for a business event and was disappointed with the service. 1. At check-out, I was accused of taking a beer from the minibar, which I hadn’t. The questioning felt very rude and accusatory. 2. The room was outdated, and the air conditioning was faulty. Although it was eventually fixed, this should have been checked beforehand.

Our favourite hotel in Canary Wharf. Second stay and was absolutely fantastic both times! All staff were exceptional. Room was spacious with incredible views. Food was wonderful. Couldn’t fault our stay and highly recommend. Bonus being parking available!

Very pleasant stay slept very well and the staff were very plesent especially Sahil and Mohammad who at a drop of a hat collected my partners car and delivered it to the hotel above and beyond service I 100% recommend this hotel great links to anywhere and I suggest to go Goodmans restaurant for a steak

Stayed on New Year’s Eve. Absolutely fantastic stay with an amazing view. The view of the fireworks were amazing. Room service was unbelievable with amazing food for a good price as well. Every staff member were so polite and brought an amazing atmosphere to the stay. Extra comfortable beds too!!
