We stayed in a Executive King Room. The reception of us, location, is good. But the room maintenance, washroom bath area water spills are not good.
And I found a big Spidey in the room.OMG!! My kid got scared.

Hotel has always been to my requirements staff very respectful and everything is spot on the only thing is the room interior especially bathroom is getting tired. I been staying here for over 10years.

Was here for a transit. Good location as it’s near the city and Victoria train station. Took a Uber around and it’s very convenient the hotel rate is reasonable and comfortable bed

Took advantage of the great location of the Park Plaza Victoria London hotel to walk to Buckingham Palace, alongside with different restaurants and theatres nearby. But what makes this trip even more wonderful is the superb service of the staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit London!

The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station. Get to popular attractions within half an hour. The hotel has an environmental protection plan. If you stay for 3 nights and do not need to clean the room every day, you will be given a 20 pound food voucher, and you can have lunch or dinner in the hotel bar. Of course you need to make up the difference.
