great location near the us embassy， and a great view of big ben

It was our anniversary. While we enjoyed the amenities, the room service left much to be desired. Had to ring more than 6 times to get the in room breakfast we had booked the night before - very annoying. Also had to ring several times to get bottled water sent up to us. Like I said, room service left much to be desired. But other than that, everything else was fantastic. When the breakfast FINALLY arrived, it was good, so I give them that.

Hotel was in a good location, very clean and tidy. Major issue that the aircon in our room didn’t work and with a family of 4 in the room with 2 young children made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. I’m calling the concierge they did send up an engineer quite quickly but he couldn’t fix it and just offered us a fan. Wouldn’t recommend on our experience unfortunately

I looked at various properties before settling on this hotel which certainly caught my attention. This is a modern facility with a beautiful lobby. Ours was a superior double room and I must say that the room was, first of all, super spacious, with a bar area that was always stocked and a very large bathroom equipped with all comforts. The property also has a swimming pool and a spa (sauna and Turkish bath) which can be booked to enjoy daily access. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is possible to reach the central area of ​​Westminster on foot to visit the main attractions. The price is proportionate to the type of structure and certainly appropriate compared to the type of rooms that are sold at the same price and which are literally holes. I would definitely come back for my next stay in London!

The hotel is in a really good location with convenient transportation. There is a bus stop at the door, and it takes only three minutes to get there by Uber. The subway is not far away, and it is the Viterio Line, so you can go to many check-in spots. It is near Big Ben

The hotel is in a good location, but the decoration style is very rustic. I stayed here because I needed a visa the next morning. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the US Embassy. It takes 15 minutes to walk.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at without a doubt. I'm not going to waste my time writing out the abundance of problems I encountered during my stay. My advice would be to go elsewhere and keep your sanity 🙂

The hotel makes a good impression. It is definitely a bit old and the furnishings have been through a lot. Our bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room was very dusty, especially under the sofa bed where our children slept. The balcony and furniture were also very dirty. I complained about it on the same day I arrived and someone came to clean it the next day. All in all, the hotel is in a great location and if you don't care too much about cleanliness, you'll be in good hands there. For the price, however, they should do more with it, especially in terms of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The price/performance ratio is okay. The hotel is purely functional. The decoration idea is quite special. Might be popular with young people. Might be popular with some young people. But the smell inside is very artificial, which will be very uncomfortable if you are sensitive.

I stayed in this hotel for three days and it felt pretty good. The location is very close to Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. The hotel facilities are pretty good and there is a bathtub. Overall it's pretty good and there's nothing wrong with it.
