Very satisfied with a hotel, worthy of this price. When I made a mistake at the time of booking, I saw that the room information showed that the facilities for the disabled were provided, and I didn’t think about it. I found that it was a special room for the disabled. It was really embarrassing. . . Before the check-in, the hotel contacted me via Ctrip and asked me about my check-in time. My answer may arrive at noon, which will be far earlier than the hotel's check-in time. The reply will be arranged according to the situation on the day. On the day of the check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 and they were all ready. Thank you very much! The hotel was originally remodeled by the bank and opened only last year, new and atmospheric. There are seven or eight restaurants in the hotel lobby, and the taste is comprehensive. Geographically, it is located in the downtown area, walking close to the hotels around the Thames, and next to the subway station. The decor of the room is completely classic British style, the details are carefully polished, very special and very like. There are no less than 20 kinds of bath products, which is extremely luxurious. I saw a comment on the book saying that the sound of the music downstairs was noisy, but the actual experience was completely unrecognizable. The sound insulation of the window was well done. The sound of the door next door was noisy. This may be the only fly in the ointment.

I am satisfied. I would like to use it again next time. The location is right in front of the bus stop and check-in is convenient. However, the wifi is a bit slow.

The room was better and bigger than it looked in the photos which was a nice surprise. The beds and pillows were so amazing and comfortable that we are glad we could have a sleep-in while staying here. They were accommodating in letting us leave our bags there from 830am on the morning of our check-in. Although there were many different people at the front desk during our two nights, each one was friendly. Nothing about the hotel specifically is a negative but be aware that the underground is a bit of a walk away. Also, the hotel is on a side street so a little tricky to find so keep an eye out for the street name. There was a pub at the end of the night and a secure garage or door out our window that beeps to each time it is used so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Again, not an issue with the hotel at all.

Location great for Southbank, Waterloo Station and Inax, easy 15 minute walk . Looks a bit scruffy on the outside but room was modern as was bathroom, clean with fridge, basic but very comfortable. Smart TV so access to Netflix etc, hosts could not do enough for you, so lovely and friendly, free water and fruit whenever you wanted and even offered tea when we popped back to use the loo before our drive home, top hosting, do beware this is in the Congest6Charge Zone but fred parking easily available very close at weekends

The location of the hotel is a little bit biased, the surrounding area is not very busy, there are fewer supermarkets, and police cars are whizzing past in the eastern district at night. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. Disposable slippers need to be reported to the front desk, because it is high-rise, can not open the window, hotel facilities are OK.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the subway. There is a great Chinese food opposite. The front desk service is also very good. It gave me the first floor room. It feels OK, there is heating, the bed is comfortable, and the windows and doors are not very soundproof. The sound outside is very clear.

Great location…friendly staff and good price….I don’t understand the negative reviews….some people too fussy for £25 per night in central london. Only a few minutes walk from Lambeth North tube station….I was in Piccadilly Circus only 20 minutes after leaving the hostel.
