The staff is too young, inexperienced, apathetic, unmotivated, uninterested, not proactive and does not speak English. It is very noticeable that the owner is not present. It comes across as if the resort is not a priority for the owner. The common areas are poorly maintained and unpleasant. There is waste/plastic everywhere on the banks of the river. Grass is not sown, there is no watering and there is poor sweeping and raking. Dead leaves hang on the trees. No flowers or nice Dayak art anywhere. The breakfast is too limited and is prepared in advance. The nasi and noodles for breakfast are served cold and tasteless without asking in advance whether guests are vegetarian. No milk for coffee and no fruit.
