During the Spring Festival holiday, I chose to stay in Tianmu Lake Royal Water Hot Spring Bamboo Valley Hotel to soak in the hot springs. From the moment I stepped into this paradise, I was deeply attracted. The hotel is hidden in the lush bamboo sea, and exquisite buildings are scattered in the mountains. During the day, standing on the terrace of the room, looking far into the distance, there is an endless green bamboo forest, the breeze blows, and the bamboo leaves rustle, as if it is a beautiful piece of music played by nature. At night, walking along the path of the hotel gently illuminated by lights, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and people's hearts also calm down. The room gave me a big surprise. It is warm and elegant, with all kinds of facilities, and the details show quality. What I enjoy most is the private bath in the room. When the body is immersed in the warm hot spring water and looking at the floating rose petals, the fatigue of the whole day disappears. The most unforgettable thing about this trip is the caring service of the housekeeper Guan Qiuxiang. From her warm smile and thoughtful arrangements at check-in to every moment during my stay, she always paid attention to my needs. Whether it was helping to plan the surrounding tour routes, arranging special activities such as the hotel's morning and night ceremonies, or answering my various questions about the surroundings, she was always patient and meticulous. Once I wanted to find a place to work quietly for a while, she immediately recommended me several quiet corners in the hotel and also thoughtfully brought me hot tea and snacks. The time spent at Tianmu Lake Yushui Hot Spring Bamboo Valley Hotel is a double relaxation of body and mind. My family and I will choose here again without hesitation for the next vacation!

Come to Zhuxi Valley to experience a different life. My mother and children like it very much. As soon as we entered the valley, we all showed satisfied smiles. The housekeeper Ye Yong contacted us one day in advance, sent travel guides, and made every step of the travel arrangements! Thank you to every service staff in the valley. It was a good experience. We were given breakfast for four people, a full meal, hot spring tickets, and tickets to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It was a fulfilling day. Everyone was still not satisfied and will come again in summer!

The hotel is located in the bamboo forest in the mountains, quiet and elegant. The scenery along the way is good. Drive into the parking lot. During the stay in the hotel, there are Dangdang cars to pick up and drop off at the nearby Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Yushui Hot Spring. With my family, I booked a two-story villa "Wen. Moonlight" so that everyone can travel without interfering with each other. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom are all large and square, and the decoration based on bamboo and wood is simple and luxurious. The lighting and landscape on the first floor are very good. The lighting on the underground first floor is slightly worse, and there is an outdoor circulating swimming pool. It's a pity that you can't swim in winter. Both bathrooms have independent private baths. Just call the service staff to come and drain the water. Maybe the air in the mountains is too good. I feel a little smell when I enter the room, and the hygiene is impeccable. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is good. I gave a set meal voucher for dinner, which is barely enough for 5 people. The scenic spot "Nanshan Bamboo Sea" is worth a visit. Children like to feed birds and take the ground rail cable car. It's not tiring to climb the mountain together. The two giant pandas on the top of the mountain are always snoring. It doesn't matter whether you look at them or not. The refrigerator magnets in the scenic spot are pretty good. The Yushui Hot Spring near the hotel has a lot of visitors, and there are many people in the big and small pools. It's nice to take a bath in the cold weather, and the wine-scented pool is the best. Finally, let's talk about the hotel service. All the staff are very warm and friendly. The staff who pick up and drop off, clean the house, serve the private hot spring, provide breakfast and catering, and serve the activity center are all very pleasant. Only the housekeeper is not satisfactory. She is a "light person" among "light people". She has a depressive atmosphere. The price of 5,000 per night should be equipped with a normal housekeeper. It is recommended that she should not be a housekeeper. It is more suitable to do a job that does not require talking. So the service needs to be improved.
