We stayed 2nights there for our summer vacation and I believe it was a perfect choice. The environment was peaceful and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast restaurant was a little crowdy but the food were good.

帶了家裡6位長者定了三室一廳的獨棟，環境服務相當不錯不錯，提前一天王傑經理加了微信，告知辦理入住的地址和注意事項，到達后王志花管家，我們親切的稱呼她小花姐姐，安排出入的接駁車，給我們泡咖啡，臨回家給我們帶了伴手禮，王傑經理安排用餐，用餐後貼心的小短訊告知度假村晚上會降温注意保暖，第二天早上安排我們去用早餐，感謝這二位的用心，家裡的老寶貝非常滿意，非常的nice!

總體很滿意，裝修有些久了，但是收拾的很整潔。
管家服務很到位很貼心，對應都很及時。一直忙碌的我還很開心地和家人打了會麻將。別墅對面就是一大片草坪和湖面。整個涵田半島的佈置也很好 這次比較匆匆，下次要體驗其他風格的酒店。美中不足就是温度有點冷，房間自帶的小泳池沒有下水。

抓住夏季的尾巴，帶孩子來一趟涵田度假。訂的是半島酒店，酒店前台經理王傑從到店前一天就開始為我們指導入住手續和路線，管家戴春紅、王志花在入住酒店期間也給我們無微不至的照顧，從車輛安排、房間清理、到幫我們收起落下的物品，讓我們安心的度過了兩天一夜的假期。

裏面每個服務人員都非常親切，定的半島酒店，但是沒人提前告知要去松果酒店辦理入住，然後就是你花四五千和花四五百的軟件服務是一樣的，沒有享受到這個價位的私密，安靜，優質的環境和服務，還遇到了威脅甚至想動手打我一歲女兒的母子，那女的還語言威脅，而她六七歲的兒子還想攻擊一歲的孩子，想把我女兒推下斜坡，就因為一歲孩子也爬坡上去玩，（我跟後面正準備抱孩子走），真的很無語，嚇得我女兒晚上做夢哭了很多回，以後絕對不住涵田了，這樣混合的服務，真的不值這四五千，另外b11主卧就在機房上面，開了空調很吵，空調口也對着床，無法理解這格局

清明節整個假期就泡在酒店裡，除了吃飯！湖景兩室別墅一定要來，絕對不會後悔，院子超級大，直接通向天目湖，景色巨美，關鍵是兩個孩子在院子裏玩完全可以託管，太嗨皮了！白天去騎馬，卡丁車，喂喂小動物，泡泡温泉，基本我們都去玩了，人還算可以，排隊不會超過十分鐘，玩的很順暢。另外半山温泉這個景觀真的是美，一邊泡温泉，一邊看風景，直升機頭頂過，很震撼。不足也有，假期人多，早餐要排隊，人超級多。第二是天目湖吃的東西重複性太強，基本附近飯店都是魚頭[暗中觀察R]

這次跟朋友一起來度假住的B12房間，門前有一個大草坪。小朋友很喜歡，可以踢足球，管家戴春紅人很好，幫忙提行李，介紹房間。走的時候忘記開發票，還幫忙開發票。盡職盡責。臨行時候還送了一些小孩子的洗漱用品。非常用心。夜班服務員汪錫美也人也很好。幫忙拉窗簾，整理房間，住的很開心。下次還會再來。
