初到酒店，感覺酒店工作人員都很熱情，大堂經理萬俊蘭，前台小雪熱心細緻的安排入住。到了房間，設施先進，出入房間可以人臉識別，不怕忘帶門卡。服務人員王飛，孫德書不僅送上歡迎果盤和甜點，還認真介紹周邊情況，衞生工作也一絲不苟。第二天早餐時候，早餐廳中餐部服務人員小何忙前忙後，幫着端上咖啡，甜點，熱情周到。餐廳裏面的東西齊全，特別是特色麪大腸麪在別的酒店沒有的，乾淨好吃。出門取車，發現車子已經精心的洗好了，看着車旁的愛心卡片原來是保安師傅王洪富已經洗好。這次入住，讓我們都有了賓至如歸的感覺，下次還會入住金峯酒店。

在溧陽比較老的五星級酒店了，設施應該都有升級。房間智能系統比較驚艷。可能為了在一眾新開的酒店裡贏得市場份額，酒店在服務上更讓人覺得賓至如歸。當天我們到的比較晚，客房服務阿姨虞建英很熱情的送來了點心和小朋友的洗漱用品。總體來説雖然酒店比較老，但是服務超過了很多新開的酒店。

臨時住外面，就選了這家酒店，打電話預約的時候，小姐姐説話很温柔也很熱情，到店登記入住的時候是下午一點，因為是選的兩點到店登記入住，但是我提前了一個小時，總枱有位姓虞的美女，幫我打電話通知優先打掃，登記完後進入房間，和我想象的一樣，乾淨整潔衞生，水果也很新鮮，還有提前泡好的一壺茶水，服務真的讓我太滿意了，隔音效果也不錯，説一説早餐吧，早餐在一樓，有小朋友要早起上學，就早了幾分鐘下樓用餐，進入餐廳，裏面的服務員很熱情，很主動的幫我拿餐盤以及幫我倒了一杯咖啡，早餐也很好吃，入住體驗非常滿意，出行最佳選擇

入住金峯都是驚喜，酒店的服務在這幾年出差中遇到是最好的了，很有必要感謝那些遇見的人！除了前台免費升級房間，客房服務員小江，小康送來了天目湖白茶，小點心。一晚上安靜舒適，沒人打擾。早餐特別豐盛，吃的很開心，服務員小毛送來了咖啡，手工酸奶！金峯遇見的每個人都非常熱情，臨近離開，發現車也幫着清洗乾淨了，問了下保安，是綜合部的史師傅幫忙洗的。這些服務太完美了，祝金峯越來越好！

朋友介紹第一次在金峯酒店入住，首先很感謝前台姓狄的小夥子和姓虞的美女在辦理入住的時候十分貼心熱情的給介紹了酒店的娛樂設施並且給房間升級，房間內的水果，白茶，讓人感到十分的温暖，因本人睡枕頭不習慣還十分貼心的給換了蕎麥枕，客房部的阿姨也是隨叫隨到，第一次住服務這麼好的酒店，值得一提的是酒店的早餐品種多樣，營養均衡，早上起來人的內心得到極度的滿足，從辦理入住到退房，讓人倍感親切，酒店的位置極佳，擁有超大停車場，安保人員還貼心的清洗了車輛，這是一次十分滿意的住房體驗，也會給朋友推薦這家酒店，下次來溧陽一定還來住，不虛此行。

來溧陽祭祖，這次入住酒店感受很好，對餐飲部杜惠方、客房部虞建英兩位的服務非常滿意，態度熱情，服務周到，為孩子提供了小拖鞋和牙刷，晚上還送來可口的銀耳湯，還把我們的下午茶免費升級成早餐，總體感受良好，以後來溧陽還會選擇入住！

溧陽這邊的豪華酒店之一，位置靠近市中心，裝修不錯。我訂的房型裏有智能馬桶和浴缸，床睡着也很舒服。入住會送果盤糕點和下午茶，（附近其它酒店好像沒有）。前台的兩位辦理入住的工作人員很有耐心，合理的要求都會盡量滿足，其中一位工作人員叫小雪。早餐廳的杜惠芳姐姐服務周到，會給你調咖啡和牛奶。我住了兩晚，負責打掃的虞建英阿姨工作細緻。這次入住印象不錯，下次出差會首選金峯國際。
