地理位置很好，停車位也夠用，房間很舒適，還有個小院子很有情調，這個價位無敵了。用酒店開的單子買南山竹海的套票可以打八折，省了不少。一天玩好回客棧的時候看到燈光和夜景很漂亮。第二天一早配套的是御水温泉酒店的自助早餐，品類豐富，味道很好。入住時送了小零食和水果，臨走的時候還送了小茶壺做禮物，實在是貼心。

首先要搞清楚的是御水温泉名字的一共是3個，1個酒店，2個客棧，客棧分兩個中，一個在温泉外一個在温泉內！ 如果入住温泉內酒店必須要買238的門票才可以進去！ 我們五一6人出門，結果都在第個地方訂的，到了才知道一個在温泉內，一個在温泉外的酒店，十分不方便。本來計劃是私湯房間較大大家在裏面一起玩，孩子長者可以私湯泡泡不用特地去泡温泉，結果出了2人以外其他四個人買238温泉門票才可以進去，更離譜的大家都買完票進去了已經7點半多，進了後才知道9點多就清場，房間裏水龍頭也是9點斷水，第二天上午都沒法泡温泉下午12點開始～ 就早知道就定普通房間就夠了，其實就是等於花那麼多錢就泡了1個半小時温泉。進去了有管家服務是挺好的，就是電話諮詢時什麼這些情況都不告訴，到那邊你問了才説，不問不説，白白多花了那麼多錢，真是很不爽！

不錯，對於客棧式的裝修還不錯，性價比挺高的，早餐是隔壁酒店的，這個應該就是副樓。去景區買門票還有折扣。非常不錯。距離景區也很近，免費停車

酒店硬件設施一般，住一晚問題不大。早餐豐富種類不少，帶兩張御水温泉門票，超值！温泉好舒服，各種泡池，人也不多，就是可惜沒帶手機，可以拍出很多美照！去温泉和南山竹海步行非常方便，門票還可以打八折，停車也很便利，旁邊的鄉菜館味道也不錯！總體而言，非常滿意了！物美價廉！

早餐送的是度假村裡的，很贊。
温泉不錯，疫情下，人不是很多。
南山竹海內交通可以憑酒店證明打八折。
菜一般，周邊都差不多。
臨走，還送了一套茶具，nice。
整體，物超所值。

非常nice的一次旅行！天氣冷了打算帶着家裡長者孩子來溧陽泡温泉，御水温泉客棧就在御水温泉門口，走過去一兩分鐘，地理位置優越，而且這個客棧是御水温泉集團的，這種集團化的客棧住着也安心。非常感謝前台小王美女，很多我們沒想到的問題都幫我們考慮好了，還給我們房間升級成庭院房，覺得自己賺大發啦。ps：客棧旁邊的鄉菜館團購吃飯也很划算，我們都沒想到景點門口的飯店份量這麼多，團的5人餐7個人都吃不完。

性價比非常高的一款套餐，這個價格可以去御水温泉泡湯，很實惠，御水温泉有幾十個温泉湯池，還有很多養生的，防疫的，工作人員服務也很好，隨時會整理拖鞋和浴巾，過年期間非常好的休閑體驗。
