The location is good and the apar**ent is new, but the customer service is a shame, not because of the rudeness of the staff who were polite at all times, but because of the company's policy. The kitchenware was very limited: 4 spoons, forks and knives, 2 cups, a used scourer. In the bathroom there was nothing to leave the toiletry bag… because there was no kitchen cloth. Parking in an uncovered dirt yard with no bell to ring the front desk. When we paid for the parking we were charged a supplement for paying it by card. Then they ask us for the credit card details to be able to charge us if we break a glass, lose a spoon... In the apar**ent there was a list of prices for each loss or breakage. Upon entering the apar**ent we had to call because the bathroom faucet was broken and of course we called so that they could see it so that we would not have to pay for it. The most humiliating thing was when we were leaving that the receptionist accompanied us to the apar**ent to see if everything was correct: she counted the kitchenware, checked if the air conditioning worked, the TV (by the way, only 7 Portuguese channels), even the washing machine that, being paneled, It was not visible to the naked eye (I thought it would fit in our suitcase anyway). In short, a bad experience so when we return to Lisbon we will go to other apar**ents or hotels where we have not been treated on other occasions as criminals.
