Located in a residential area, it's about a half-hour drive from the city center by public transportation, but be aware that public transportation in Italy often has issues... The environment is okay—clean. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Despite its grand name, it's a typical, neglected hotel. The staff are particularly unpleasant and disrespectful. Its best feature is the tram stop just 10 minutes away, which takes you directly to central Florence in 15-20 minutes. It has no other special features.

Arrived at Florence hotel at 11:30 on November 6th, stayed 1 night, and returned home 1 night on November 25th I've been to many hotels, but I didn't want to go anywhere else. The reason is that the late arrival at the hotel on a late flight was so kind, and the hotel was so clean. Free parking and meals are not included in the hotel fee, but the breakfast was so good. The bathroom was also very clean. It's close to the airport and downtown, so I want to stay there again next time I go, and I want to recommend it to my friends. And there's a restaurant across the hotel that's open until 1 AM, so you can have a simple drink and a snack. I'm satisfied with everything.

The room was clean and tidy, of a good size. Breakfast started at 7:00 and was very good. There are two Italian restaurants nearby, Pizza Man and TITO, which are very good. Parking is available downstairs of the hotel. Will come again.

This trip to Florence was my most satisfying trip in Italy because of the size of the room, the facilities, and the hotel's service attitude. In terms of transportation, it is only five minutes away from the rail transit. There is also a lidl next to it. The guy at the front desk pointed out an internet celebrity restaurant to me. It is 500 meters away on the right hand side of the hotel.

Location 30 minutes by bus or better yet 20-25 minutes by tram and a short walk from Santa Maria Novella. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. For Florence the price is good given the location outside the centre.

It's old and the transportation is inconvenient. It's easy to book to see the concert map. It's not recommended for travel
