We were shifted to another hotel Exe Saldanha upon checking in here and v vague reason was given for the shift.Didnt receive any notification either . The hotel they shifted us to was really inconvenient . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms on the side facing the road are incredibly noisy; I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street. To make matters worse, the toilet kept running all night. I didn't get a wink of sleep. 😇

Stayed at Exe Liberdade for my teams work trip and it was a great budget‑friendly base. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short walk from our selected convention hotels and surrounded by plenty of food and amenities. Check‑in was smooth, the room was quiet, and everything worked as expected. For a transit or business stay, it’s excellent value for money and incredibly convenient.

STAY AWAY if you value your privacy. On Feb 27th, at 09:07 AM, a male staff member used a master key to enter Room 616 while we were inside and the MANUAL DEADBOLT WAS ENGAGED. This was for a non-urgent fridge replacement. Bypassing an internal manual lock for routine maintenance is a severe security failure and a violation of guest privacy laws. The front desk ignored our immediate calls, and management has failed to respond to our formal complaint for over 48 hours. Zero accountability from Eurostars Hotel Company.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. Housekeeping was spot on every day, and the breakfast buffet was also very good. The whole hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I go to Portugal.
