乾淨舒適，卧室很大，客廳是投屏，兩個卧室每間都有電視，看電視劇互不打擾！車要停到小區路邊停車位。搞笑的是車規規矩矩停在路邊停車線位裏，早上醒來竟然看到交警半夜11點多發的挪車短訊！蒙圈兒！

這是一場説走就走的旅遊✈️凌晨三點突然和朋友決定去旅遊，打開攜程一看民宿，這家價格超級便宜！！！實在是越看越心動，意想不到的是房東還在線，立馬談妥（誇誇房東！因為我們想坐早上最早的一班高鐵，八點到臨海，房東還特地讓我們提前了五個小時補覺，太貼心啦）
✨[進入房間第一眼]實在太棒了！！真的比圖片上的還要舒服舒服太多了！入住前房東給了一張入住指引！真的非常好找！
🙋[對於房東，我想説]非常非常貼心的房東！！衹想説來這家永遠不虧
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房間裏準備了傘（當天下雨真的是救命！而且床特別軟，我好愛！）
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離各種臨海必打卡景點都非常近！！我覺得住這裏真的是絕佳位置！（之前聽説住紫陽街特別吵）

選了好久終於選定了這家，入住後家人一致好評，設備齊全，都是新的，床墊軟軟的，玩了一天躺着都不想動了，睡得很舒服，緩解了一天的疲勞。房東熱情周到，下回來臨海玩還住這邊。

周邊就是市中心 有商場 銀泰就在旁邊 住的當晚在銀泰城吃的飯，樓下車位入住的時候很好停。入住的房間就是視頻裏的這個套型！整體好評 我們是三個人住的A每人九十幾哈哈，可以入住4個人更便宜房東説可以4-6 很划算～入住前去了紫陽街玩～

房間很乾凈，綜合性價比很高。
位置方便：到臨海銀泰百貨和朗成時代廣場（有大超市）都衹用步行500米，距離紫陽街或者靈湖景區都是3公里左右，開車差不多10分鐘能到。
設施齊全：有冰箱，電磁爐可以自己做飯，有帶寶寶，需要做輔食的，非常推薦。其他該有的也都有了。
免費停車場在小區外面的路邊，空位都蠻好找的，容易停。
房東因為我們孩子還小，還幫我換到了安靜的這套房源。非常貼心。
最後有個小建議，最好提醒下旅客，14幢不在小區裏面，而是在對面。這樣入住能更順暢，尤其是下雨天。

為了這次旅遊住的舒服點，看了很多酒店民宿，終於定下來這家。果然沒讓我們失望。房子位置很好，交通便利，停車方便，設施齊全，有家的感覺，尤其投影儀深得孩子們的喜愛。最最重要的是老闆人特別好，全程溝通特別愉快，推薦入住噢
