The worst experience of this Hainan trip! Please avoid pitfalls. 1. There was no concierge reception at the hotel entrance at 13:30, and the order was a bit messy. In the end, I had to move to room 701 by myself. 2. The temperature in room 701 was 28 degrees without pre-opening the air conditioner. It was hot. Not long after turning on the air conditioner, I turned it off by myself. I received a call from the front desk saying that there was a fault alarm. Then I contacted the housekeeper and moved to room 601 because there was a problem with the air conditioner. 3. I moved my luggage to room 601 by myself. The air conditioner was not turned on in advance. The room was 28 degrees. I thought about turning on the air conditioner to cool the room. The room was stuffy and I couldn’t stay there, so I went out (the stuffiness was because if the balcony window was opened, the air conditioner would stop running, so the room was like a sauna). At 15:47, I returned to room 601 and it showed 27 degrees (as shown in the picture). I contacted the housekeeper to explain that there was a problem with the air conditioner and started repairs. I found the sweaty floor aunt to get children's slippers by myself. At 16:42, the master finished the repair and asked me to observe for an hour. The child was sweating profusely, and the family of three was steaming in the sauna. At this time, the air conditioner was set to 16 degrees, the room temperature was 27 degrees, and the outlet temperature was 21.6 degrees (as shown in the picture). 4. Contact the housekeeper to report that the air conditioner was not repaired. At 17:46, I packed my luggage and moved to room 801 applied by the housekeeper again. It has been 4 hours since I checked in and moved into the third room. 5. The air conditioner in room 801 was not pre-opened. Because the room was stuffy, I went out and returned at 19:07. The air conditioner showed that the set temperature was 16 degrees and the room temperature was 28 degrees (as shown in the picture). 6. After contacting the housekeeper, the duty manager led the team to the site for repair. Here is the key point, [the duty manager said that the room will automatically cut off the power when it detects that someone has left]. Can you bear this? Regardless of whether it is high-tech energy-saving and emission-reduction, is it reasonable for the hotel? It means that guests should steam sauna first after checking in and wait for the temperature to drop, and be prepared to steam again after going out and returning? Is there anyone who understands it? 7. It was not repaired until about 7:30. The child was hungry and wanted to go out for dinner. The hotel staff wanted to continue repairing the room and said they would give an explanation after the repair. At 20:35, I received a call from the duty manager and was told that I needed to change the room again, to a room described by the manager as [a room where the air conditioner can work normally]. At 22:22, I returned to the lobby to contact the duty manager. At 24, the room card failed and I was trapped outside the door of 801 (as shown). I waited at the door for at least 5 minutes in sweat. The service staff came to help move the luggage to room 543. 8. The air conditioner in room 543 was pre-opened and could operate normally for cooling. The luggage was put away at 22:42 (as shown). From the time I checked in to the time I moved into the fourth room, 9 hours had passed. Here is a question, why is the high-tech [automatic power off when detecting that someone has left] not applicable to room 543? 9. After the problem in the third room, I have contacted Ctrip to assist in handling it, but the information obtained by Ctrip from contacting the hotel is inconsistent with the actual result of the hotel's handling, and the hotel feedback that the reason for my room change has nothing to do with their air conditioner not working properly? ! Fortunately, I have kept the evidence, and Ctrip can handle it fairly. 10. During the whole process, the housekeeper was responsive and actively communicated, but the hotel engineering maintenance depar**ent and the duty manager’s statement that the air conditioner could not operate normally was incredible! If the intelligent engineering cannot bring users a convenient and comfortable experience, what is the meaning of its existence? This is not an excuse for facility failure. 11. The hotel is divided into the east wing and the west wing. The air conditioner in the west is a little cooler than that in the east, but the body feels hot everywhere. Compared with the aesthetics of architectural design, is it the basis for a hotel to pay attention to ensuring the appropriate temperature? 12. In rooms 801 and 543, the toilet and shower room share a pullable transparent glass door, and the partition area is also transparent. Is it inconvenient for the child to grow up? If you take a shower and squat at the same time, what kind of eyes do you use to look at each other? Who is this door suitable for? 13. The hotel breakfast is very, very ordinary. The dining area is large but there are not many varieties. There is only one kind of dessert similar to wife cake. I saw a dessert cabinet but it was not open, and the rest is bread. 14. The v park is quite big but the air conditioning is not enough. In the afternoon of check-in, the children could not participate in the reserved games because of the constant room change. The anti-slip socks are 10 yuan a pair, and the game machine needs to buy coins separately. 15. I went to the water fortress after changing rooms and waiting for the air conditioning to cool down. The water was very cold after 6 o'clock, and there were floating objects on the water surface. 16. There is a beach, but I didn't have time to go. 17. When I changed to 801, the housekeeper sent fruits, children's dolls and bumper car experience coupons. When I changed to 543, the fruit plate was in 801. 18.
