酒店位置好，交通方便，下高速就到，在海灘邊上一個別墅小區，小區物業管理一般。酒店類似於租了個房子，很多事項全靠自助，衹給一個聯繫人加微信，發地址注意事項和密碼等，其他見不到酒店服務人員。房間設施基本是房東住户的，沒有統一標準和管理，比較陳舊，其中一個卧室是院內玻璃房改造的，四周是玻璃門。周邊有小超市，所需要自己購買。院子有泳池，小朋友最滿意了！特別提示：地面濕滑，一定注意安全，多人被摔！

別墅真的真的超級棒，沒有存在泳池不乾淨或者怎樣，國慶前幾天三亞一直下雨，所以泳池會不乾淨。兩室一廳，剛好我們三大一小住，畢竟是別墅民宿，它在很多服務設施上比不上酒店。我們就住了兩晚，早知道就直接定這裏了。是三亞和陵水的分界線，開車去哪裡都方便，講真，它都已經是別墅了，沒有車走肯定要走好長時間。
性價比超高，家庭出遊的首選，我們三個人住在國慶才1000一晚上，也就人均300。小孩子跟我在泳池裡玩的超開心。 不要吐槽管家不拿行李什麼的了，這是民宿，管家能做到的都會做到，而且三亞很熱的天氣自己都汗流不止不好意思麻煩別人。
有廚房，有餐桌，可以長住。 附近也有充電樁不用擔心。 下次還來這家！
還有啊，三亞到哪蚊蟲都很多，我在天域酒店被叮咬了4.5處，來到別墅肉眼可見的有蚊蟲，但是我們大人小孩都沒被咬，民宿準備的有花露水和防蟲噴霧，我們都興奮的忘了用，大家可以去了用。

民宿自帶泳池，比較適合親子度假，位置離免税店非常近，打車15分鐘就到，生態環境也是不錯，建議找管家租電動車（別墅區挺大的，走路費勁），附近有自帶的沙灘，人也比較少，拍照不用顧慮人多，如果不喜歡民宿自帶的泳池，周圍還有個大泳池（詳細位置可以問還價）

先説優點：獨立泳池，泳池很乾凈。民宿在別墅區，很安靜，風景也比較優美，適合休閑旅遊的，喜歡熱鬧的別來。離海邊走路要十幾分鍾，穿過別墅區就到，開車就幾分鐘。還有，這裏最好自駕，沒車的你也最好別來。
再説缺點：管家服務主打的就是一個自助，退房時諮詢很久也不回覆。現在還收按金，就很離譜，別墅裏面東西多也能理解吧。其次地點比較偏僻，附近吃的玩的很少，要開車去附近的一個小鎮，所以沒車的要慎重。
總體來講，結合價格，超過8百我覺得就貴了，以下的話如果愛安靜並且自駕還是可以推薦的。
