We arrived after a 8 hour drive and discovered it was social hour at the lobby bar. The staff was extremely nice and very professional. We really enjoyed talking with them. The stay was excellent. Very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this location.

It was in need of repair. Crack along the walland missing paint in the bathroom. Repair to the toilet I did myself. A part had fallen off. A simple fix.

We were given a handicapped room on the 3rd floor facing I-35. Trucks running all night long. The bed was terrible, it was very clean. Couldn't communicate with the housekeeping because of not being able to understand english. I'll ask for a room facing the back.

The room is in need of repair & updating. Phones in room are very old. Tiles on bathroom floor are loose, mold above shower enclosure, bottom of bathroom door is warped from water, bath door hinges are rusted, vanity is chipped/scuffed, TV channels are very limited, beds make a metal thump noise with movement, lamps outdated, & not enough USB ports or outlets. The room was very clean though. The checkin clerk was very friendly! Breakfast was free & pretty good!

The stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was from the pictures it looked like there would be a chair and ottoman. But in the room it only came with a dinning room chair. It’s not a big deal but my mom has a bad back and could have used a better chair. The breakfast was pretty good. A lot more variety than I thought.

A little maintenance care would be wonderful. Our room needed some touch-up in the bathroom and the bottom of the door needs shaving off to prevent dragging on the floor. All cushions on the outdoor furniture in the pool/spa area were flat. Please replace with puffy vibrant color. There was dirt and rust around the bottom of the lifts. No towels were in the pool area.

We had a suite which was very comfortable for us. The elevator was working and the breakfast looked good, but we arrived too late to eat it. One of the house phones didn’t work and the table was a bit unstable. The hallway carpets had bleach and other stains. The housekeeping and maids laundry rooms seemed to be open all the time.
