酒店裡面有幾個小院，看着很温馨，晚上睡覺也很安靜，白天玩累了，最滿意的是除了安靜，酒店還配備了空調和地暖，舒舒服服的睡上一覺簡直太美了，期待下一個休假，這一次住不夠，完全住不夠，下一次一定要多住幾天，還有他們每個人的服務態度也很好喔

一家可以看到日照金山的店，在房間裏就可以。簡直就是錦鯉附體。酒店早餐很豐富，西式早餐多一些，但我更喜歡吃他家的米線。工作人員熱情有禮貌，房間有地暖和空調。麗江的冬天早晚温差大……前台的這對瓦貓也是特色！推薦！推薦！推薦！

很不錯的一個酒店，乾淨衞生，服務更是沒得説，拍完房間就有酒店工作人員聯繫我們，告知酒店位置，車子可以直接開到酒店門口，下了行李就帶我們去停車場停車，酒店提供免費停車場很方便喔，而且離酒店也很近，床墊也是睡的很舒服！給他們點贊！

為了逛束河古鎮定了這家酒店，很後悔。説是酒店，我覺得更加像民宿。裝修有點老，一共三層樓，沒有電梯，説是古鎮不讓安裝電梯。晚上洗澡的時候發現淋浴房下水很慢，出現了積水，還通過擋水條和地磚的縫隙滲到了衞生間地上，淋雨噴頭外圈的一半的出水口要麼堵了，要麼出水不暢。10點打電話給前台告知情況，前台的第一反應是今天太晚了，明早再來看。在我的要求下還是來了。處理下水慢的辦法就是把地漏拿開了，理直氣壯的説這不就好了嗎，那請問你幹嘛裝地漏？？花灑的問題一直説是我調節的不對，後來索性説你用另外一個陽光花灑不就行了。我衹是給你反映問題，你好歹給一個解決問題的態度，不要找理由。結果那個高高瘦瘦長頭髮的前台衹會找理由，最後我説我都和你説了這麼多，你好歹給個反應啊，她不説話直接開門走了！！！在麗江住了四家酒店，這家是最差的！

房間很整潔，設施完備，但是缺少存放物品的空間，洗漱間很喜歡，算是旺中帶靜之地。唯一遺憾的是我們想先來住一晚，看環境和設施都不錯，想續住三晚，攜程也已經下單了續住三晚，可前台迴應是續住第一晚無房，第二第三晚都有房！親愛的達人們，你們如何評價前台的服務和營商智慧？

性價比太高啦！交通位置方便，不用拖着行李箱在石板路走，出門打的方便，入住馬上送鮮花紅糖，早餐吃得舒服。離核酸點很近。

先説缺點，房間介紹裏1.3m雙床，實際衹有1.2m，與介紹不符！房間快捷標準。優點，古城邊邊，打車進古城都很方便，客房服務態度很好，早餐也還算豐富
