這個酒店説實在話真不怎麼樣，連瓶一塊錢的礦泉水都沒有提供。房間裏面下水道漏水也不快，洗個澡水慢過腳背。洗臉巾都破出了洞洞也不換，打濕了水洗臉巾都變成灰色的了。洗澡間周邊瓷磚還黃兮兮的。我説的話句句為真，房間是十樓的1010間。這個老闆真的是太摳了，連瓶礦泉水都不提供，這生意算是做到家了。祝福老闆早日倒閉。

千萬不要住，衞生極其惡劣，有圖有真相，房間廁所有煙頭，煙灰，垃圾，最噁心是馬桶都沒沖洗（圖三實在噁心，我已經沖了好幾次後的圖片）明顯房間沒有打掃，打電話前台投訴，安排了個大姐上房，看了看，説，這也沒有辦法，衞生不是我搞的，我拿掃把和你掃下。然後就沒了，掃完我説地面很臟，都沒拖地，她回答，這是煙頭的印記，拖不乾淨的。結果我洗澡後穿着拖鞋搽了下地面，所謂的煙頭印記就乾淨了，我再次質問大姐，她説，哎呀，這個搞衞生的怎麼搞的，明天我告訴老闆。另外晚上11點洗澡，水開到最熱的點，水都是涼的，大姐説，怎麼這樣，我中午洗澡水都是熱的。然後水一直開了很長時間，水才温温而已，勉強淋了下身。次日退房也沒有給我任何結果，也沒有正面道歉！最後就這樣結束了我的投訴。所謂的大酒店，真的不可思議，裝修舊我可以理解，但這樣的衞生，這樣的服務，太可怕了！求平台，酒店認真解決投訴！！#衞生#房間設施

今日下午15:00左右入住，現在是晚上19:50，辦理退房（正常退房時間是明日12:00之前）理由是，我衹想安安靜靜地休息一下，有點不舒服，下午17.00左右我和老公就睡了，但是一直是吵吵鬧鬧的，直到18.00左右，老闆開始唱K，實在是無法忍受了。我的初衷是，可以開開心心的遊玩薄刀峯，然後度過一個靜謐、舒服的民俗體驗，但是我失望了。錢我不要了，但是我實話實説。朋友們想要一個温柔、靜謐的夜晚，就不要去了洗漱用品是小袋子的那種，沒有毛巾啥的，自備

酒店離火車站近，周圍餐飲店和超市多，生活很方便。
我們先是住進了6樓的一個房間，洗澡間下水不夠通暢，室內有異味。找到服務枱説明情況後，跟我們換到11樓，房間狀況很好，住得很舒服。
服務員和老闆都很友善，好溝通。

酒店房間水臭是維修的原因，酒店衞生巾房間下水管道出來的臭味太難聞了，房間排風扇也是壞得，本來想給一個很大的差評，看着前台的接待人員的熱情又捨不得。
