老熟人了，每月出差都來住幾天！周邊菜場很近，我一般都是自已買菜，自已做飯，用老闆的廚房，然後繪老闆補點氣，水，味，米的錢，我一起兩人，弄一頓飯，給老闆補了十元錢，比在外面吃好多了，想吃什麼就自己做！

位置沒在大道上，晚上睡覺安靜，環境很好，有免費停車位，離遊客中心購票處很近，價格合理，很值！

硬件設施還是蠻新的，性價比高，老闆熱情，服務態度很好！位置沒在大路邊，但是晚上睡覺比較安靜，到騰龍洞遊客中心購票點很近，衹有五百米左右！必須好評！

房間乾淨整潔舒適，老闆娘待人熱情，我們家兩長者兩小孩在那住得很舒服，距離市區近，購物方便，本來計劃衹住一晚的，很滿意又線下直接續住了幾晚，我家長者帶孩子去景點遊玩，不熟悉路線，老闆娘推薦行程還幫忙叫車，服務太周到啦！真心點贊👍以後再來利川玩還會住這家

我們一家是從重慶過來的，晚上因為著急匆匆在網上定了一個，住了之後沒有後悔，感覺價廉物美，老闆娘很熱情，房間也很整潔乾淨，有點回家的感覺。並且第二天早上有早餐衹要10元，吃了一個雞蛋一碗肉絲麪衹要10元，太便宜了
