Staying at Dongmawa Homestay was definitely the best decision I made on this trip to Tibet! 🏨The location is fantastic! From the rooftop terrace, you can have a complete view of the Potala Palace at night. Having dinner or afternoon tea with friends on the terrace while enjoying the view was incredibly pleasant! The room amenities are comparable to a five-star hotel! It has a Dyson humidifier and hairdryer. There's also a washing machine with a dryer and a small refrigerator. The diffused oxygen supply helped me sleep soundly without worrying about altitude sickness. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing—so plentiful! The owner was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the Tibetan-style decor was full of delightful surprises. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lhasa!!

I stayed for five days. I originally booked aerobic room. Later, I felt that the parent-child room was bigger. The front desk changed the room. Because after adapting to the high altitude, the room without oxygen can also be accepted. The room is large, there is a humidifier, no air conditioning, no need to cover the quilt at night, a few kilometers from the Potala Palace, not noisy and quiet, breakfast is very simple, the lights in the house and the place to eat breakfast are a bit dark, overall it is very cost-effective.

The hotel environment is great, and the price is reasonable. They offer oxygen supply, but I heard it's not very effective. On my first day, I experienced dizziness, headache, shortness of breath, stuffy nose, facial fever, dry mouth, and a little nosebleed. High altitude sickness was really uncomfortable, especially the headache – it kept me from sleeping. My personal advice for those coming for business or travel is to bring some medication. I personally ordered Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Capsules via delivery, and they worked wonders. I didn't buy cold medicine because it didn't feel like a cold, so why bother? It probably wouldn't have been as effective as what I bought. I highly recommend these capsules; I only took one and didn't have headaches for the rest of my stay. Also, get some glucose. I bought glucose drinks and had one in the morning and one in the evening. Just these two things are enough. The oxygen felt useless. I bought two small bottles of oxygen and a氧气 bag, but they were pointless. I felt like it was a 'tax on intelligence.' If you want to buy it for a bit of psychological comfort, go ahead, but for real oxygen, go to a hospital for pure oxygen. Regarding showering, I heard you shouldn't shower for the first three days. I didn't on the first day, but by the second, I couldn't stand it anymore. I felt completely stinky and just had to shower. It was fine; as long as you stay warm, dress quickly after showering, and dry your hair, you'll be okay. This hotel is good, I recommend it. It's also close to the Potala Palace. If you have very high standards, you might prefer a big-brand hotel, but for this price, this one is definitely worth it.

老闆很漂亮，又聰明又大方。地方很好，一進門陽光房很吸引人。在這個寒冷的季節，還沒有暖和的時間進來酒店大堂就讓人感到一絲温暖。我從不評論，這次不評論不行，很好很好很好。最關鍵上樓頂去拍遠處的地方，可以拍到祖國萬歲這幾個字。

位置很好找，導航直接到，門前可停車，但車位略顯緊張；保安很熱情的給我們引導車位。前台小帥哥遊刃有餘的辦理了入住，因為有旅行團入住，所以人不少；兩個小姑娘還給獻了哈達。房間外面有施工，所以前台特意升級了房間。房間乾淨整潔，衞浴乾濕分離，還有洗衣機，加濕器；早餐品種不多，但能吃飽，雞蛋真的是一人一個發的😄。晚上餐廳會有表演，可以休閑娛樂。周邊吃飯也方便，酒店斜對面有個小巷吃的挺多。去布達拉宮和大昭寺、坐車打車掃共享都方便。唯一感覺不好的是，客房服務員，住了2天，第一天到的時候快6點了，房間的2瓶水第二天早上起來就喝完了，早上吃完飯出去玩，回來的時候是下午，剛好服務員正在打掃房間，讓她補點房間的備品，其實也就是水和紙巾；其它的、毛巾沒動，沐浴洗髮水牙刷牙膏都不用補，我自己帶的有，衞生也不需要她打掃，我自己也把垃圾清理了，我衹想讓她多給2瓶水，因為2個人2瓶水不夠喝，服務員説：不行，多一瓶都不給。好吧！不給就不給，我去買就行；格局小了。我每年都會安排幾次旅行，這次出來也有一個多月了，從來沒有哪個酒店客人水不夠喝，酒店不給的。有的酒店直接在各個樓層電梯出口為客人準備了用之不完取之不盡的瓶裝水，想喝多少管夠，也沒見誰偷着拿走。還有、馬桶蓋從入住開始用就立不起來，每次上廁所馬桶蓋都會扣在背上，給前台反應，前台説可以拆下來；我看前台很忙，就詢問客房服務，怎麼拆？結果，就這個不給水的服務員進房間看了看説，我沒辦法…。好嘛！沒辦法我自己來，因為住酒店遇到這樣的事，服務員應該積極幫助解決吧，結果她説她沒辦法。後來、我把馬桶蓋拆了，退房又給裝回去了。退房時，前台依然笑容可掬，和藹可親，讓人感覺就像朋友一樣。但是客房服務就差點意思。

這次入住體驗特別滿意。前台服務周到熱情，辦理手續很快。房間寬敞明亮，一進來就感覺很整潔，沒有異味，衞浴乾濕分離，用品齊全。床鋪柔軟好睡，隔音效果也不錯，休息得很安穩。地理位置便利，出行逛街都很方便，整體性價比十足，已經推薦給朋友了

Owner are very friendly & helpful to provide extra service to support my beautiful experience. When the couple is so kind to suggest the best available way to go to airport & make me save money. At the same time the suggestion me to go one hot spring which to me is an unforgettable memory. Before I left, they gave me gift (unscented sticks & post card is totally out of my expectation. Helping me to carry my luggage’s are completely 5 stars hotel experience….hehe….🥰 I felt the whole hospitality is so wonderful & unforgettable to be. So grateful for the owners & met beautiful people there too. 🙏🌹🥰
