無語！無語！無語！
一共住了好幾天，前幾天在網上訂的，後面在前台續的，實際價格相差不大？網上三百多線下續還是三百多，一般其它酒店相差都該是在一百左右的，好吧不討論價格，在給我們續房的時候前台小姐姐在打電話，她和我老公全場手語啞語溝通，是什麼電話那麼重要啊，表示續房體驗感很不好；差點忘記了，最讓我們無語的是叫人來弄電視投屏，晚上叫了兩遍沒人來，第二天從外面回來又給前台説弄哈電視，後面回房間來人了，告訴我們可以投屏的那個遙控器收了，無法投票！無語！無語！無語！有必要提的是你們的早餐太難吃了，沒有什麼東西是想吃的，第一天九點多一點點麪包片沒有了，問服務員還有麼有，服務員説快收餐了沒的了，怎麼不把所有東西都收了呢？第二天有麪包片，烤了一塊加了點黃油，那個麪包片的口感就想放了很久一樣，正常應該是軟麪奶香的呀，很多東西都是速食產品，就是那種打開包裝就倒盤子裏的，牛奶兑的水太多了，其它還是有幾個熱菜的；房間的農夫山泉要收15塊錢，我們進房間前兩天都沒有找到水放哪裡的就開了，找不到可能是我們的原因吧，自認倒黴！

剛開始到前台他們是説房費三百五，彌散供氧單獨給一百，她還沒説完，我就説那攜程上定是彌散供氧房間400，我們就在攜程定吧，結果前台説衹有你們一個房間要彌散供氧，不給開氧氣，定了他們也不會受理！我又説那我不在攜程訂了，就450在前台付款，結果小姐姐還是説不給開氧氣！真的是無語，那你標彌散供氧來欺騙消費者的嗎！？請酒店領導出來給個解釋吧！！是你們有這樣的規定嗎？衹有一個房間就不給開氧氣！！那麻煩你們掛攜程的時候寫好備註！！
