我準備入住的時候 上一位客人好像剛走 他們説是整理了 但是房間是有異味的 床單有黃色不明液體留下的 黃漬 異味很重 開窗也沒用 後來讓前台去噴空氣清新劑的 有些角落灰塵挺多 衞生挺差的 晚上沒住 就退房走了

很有藏風嘅酒店，因為第一天到步拉薩，前枱姐姐都很好人，怕我們高反幫我們搬行李上酒店前枱，整體感覺也不錯.我漏了衣服也幫忙我寄回給我.服務很好也很有善
