房間不錯，就是設施不敢恭維。衞生間的感應燈亮的時間太長。洗澡間下水不暢，洗個澡水漫金山。值得表揚的是服務態度還不錯，及時清理，並換了一個房間。

氧氣充足，房間除了有點熱沒其他問題，早餐豐富尤其是可以補充維生素和水果，感謝贈送的小禮品，樓頂餐吧可以拍到布宮。

不怕不識貨，就怕貨比貨。沒有對比就沒有傷害。入住前一天住在拉薩的另一家酒店。同行人説，別換酒店了，省的折騰。而我堅持更換，告訴他們體驗不同的酒店也是旅遊的一部分。結果證明換對了，很值。兩家酒店價格差不多，但雪域天堂比前一家，無論是設施、服務、景觀還是早餐，明顯好太多！

給升級了房間，客服人員服務也很貼心，給送了小甜品。房間是智能小愛和小度，雖然每次叫小度有點麻煩，但是也有利有弊，懶惰的時候可以叫小度做，但是缺點就是電視不能投屏，娛樂選擇就會少很多，酒店的早餐對於我們西式胃是友好的，品種也挺豐富的。但是房間的咖啡機有問題使用不了

酒店住着很舒服，到拉薩有高反，房間的製氧設備很給力，酒店還準備了伴手禮，很貼心，服務很周到（特別提一下 工作人員吳舒靜人美心善）貼心的為我介紹了房間的設施設備，挺不錯

挺不錯，智能設備很人性化，酒店工作人員服務很好，房間衞生乾淨，設備齊全，供氧設備很給力，緩解了朋友的高反。酒店附近出行便利，而且距離民航局很近，坐機場大巴方便，總之，會給朋友推薦[呲牙]
