We stayed Friday night and Saturday during a big soccer weekend with a LOT of players, coaches, and families. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were the nicest most professional staff I have encountered in years. Absolutely fantastic. Great hotel and experience.

The hotel here is very nice. The rooms are very very spacious compared to other hotels. The layout of the room, I thought was perfect. You get some privacy when sharing room with your children and the bathroom was extremely spacious as well with a very cool barn style sliding door. I didn’t get to experience the free breakfast since it ended extremely early at 9 AM.

The public area downstairs is nice. They have a bar and an outside sitting area with a gas fire pit. The room was a large suite with lots of room. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The parking lot looked small but there were open parking spots. I did not see any trailer parking spots.
They have a large breakfast served from 7-10am. Good selection of food and everything tasted great.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Everything was very nice, efficient, and the people and the front desk were helpful and made everything easy. It was a very nice stay as well. Will be staying here again for sure!

I last stayed there in 2021 and the renovations were great! Tyler was also very helpful during the check in process. Loved that you now offer turkey sausage as a menu item for breakfast as I do not eat pork. The area around the mall seemed a bit more run down than when I last visited.

The second shower head in room 308 didn't work. It sprayed out the back where it was screwed together.
