應該是市中心最高分且最有設計感的酒店了，2023剛裝修，審美比較對味兒～大堂對內街開設，看地圖就能找到。門口多台外省靚車，可見生意口碑挺好。前台小雪妹妹幫我們升級房型，雖然不知有啥區別但電動窗簾紗簾確實好哈哈，朝街也不吵。遇到問題足夠實誠速度，優質客户感動出謀劃策。早餐很是不錯，附近吃的不多，建議買含早餐選項。各種設施我都喜歡，拍相贈送店家福利。態度好+執行力強，品質當然抓得上去，這就是管理能力的體現哈哈

連續又住兩真是不錯的酒店！酒店的硬件和軟件管理都比較到位。負責前台的小雪非常熱情的接待讓人感覺賓至如歸。我是經常出門在攜程訂票和酒店，不過很少寫評語。這次真的感覺應該對商家和平台的工作予以肯定，讓更多的人看到和體驗到！

酒店是新開的，在居民生活區，附近吃飯方便，有個鴿利村餐廳好好吃（不是廣告）。酒店還不錯，乾淨整潔和服務態度挺好。不過有些小細節也看出酒店的專業水平不足：
1、房間的窗户可以開關但不能鎖實。
2、房內只有泡茶的小水杯，沒有飲水的大杯子或咖啡杯，要喝多一些水就很費勁，問服務員拿杯子喝水，衹提供了一次性的紙杯。答覆是酒店沒有喝水的水杯，只有紙杯，反問我紙杯不能喝水嗎？小茶杯不能喝水嗎？
3、酒店的牙刷又大又硬很不好用，刷完牙後牙肉被磨爛。
以上這些小細節，希望酒店可以改善，讓雷州的酒店服務業能更貼心和專業，吸引更多人來雷州旅行。
作為一個住過國內外許多酒店的用家的小建議。👆🏻😊

位置在市中心居民區中，周邊服務挺全，早點超市都有，停車在酒店正樓下小巷子，位置不多。房間不錯，比較精緻，樓間距近，衞生間窗簾遮光性不好

雷州這個麗怡酒店在同級別城市中可以算佼佼者了，酒店硬件設施完善，機器人送餐，中央空調，智能窗簾，65超大屏幕電視以及辦公桌沙發和餐桌都有的，酒店裝修簡約時尚，衞生做的非常棒，前台小姐姐特別有親和力，能配合客人解決問題非常nice！（早班）服務好！下次還會選擇這裏（ ⌯' '⌯）📍
