Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lehi - Thanksgiving Point

Very satisfactory stay experience! ! Quiet, clean, bright, with a lot of space, the free breakfast is rich and hot, and there is a big outlet nearby with the brand north face! ! I left my bag at the hotel when I left the store. After calling the high-speed front desk, the staff handed me the bag as soon as I returned to the hotel. Nothing is missing from the bag. Thank you so much!

This hotel gave me mixed feelings. I'll lay out the pro's and con's. Pro's: The breakfast was decent. It was nice to have a coke machine at breakfast. But the food options did seem very limited. I appreciated the greek yogurt and fruit option. That was what I ate both mornings of our stay. It was conveniently located off the freeway, close to Cabela's and an outlet mall was nearby. The main guest bed was comfortable. The small kitchenette was well stocked. Cons: The lights in the bathroom are hooked to the lights in the kitchen. This is the strangest thing ever. If you turn off the kitchen master, you turn off the bathroom lights. We didn't know this until our daughter was in the shower and the lights went off on her mid-shower. They REALLY need to fix this. It's an accident waiting to happen. The bathroom door lock was incredibly hard to use and resulted in slamming the door at each use. You'll know what I mean if you go. We practically had to beg for towels. They only gave us three in a four person room, then insisted we bring our own towels down to the lobby to exchange them for clean dry towels. Speaking of towels, they never had any of the hand-towel sized towels available at the pool. We had to beg for those too, every time we went to the pool. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was clearly not changed from the previous guest. Unacceptable anytime, much less during the pandemic. There was popcorn on and under the sheets on the pull out bed. GROSS. Overall, they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness and fix their issues with the rooms. I probably would not stay here again because of those reasons, but it wasn't a terrible stay.

My aunt booked 4 rooms for family visiting her from out of town. This hotel is beautiful! The staff are really helpful, kind and cheerful. The manager showed unwavering dedication. Only a couple huge bummers here. 1st, it’s impossible to sleep with the constant flashing light coming from “equipment” mounted on the wall. The 1st night it kept me up all night. It’s horrible! Like a camera flash. I asked the manager if they could turn it off. Come to find out they can’t and I’m in a hearing impaired room (good to know) My aunt and uncle are in 405 and also were kept up by the endless flashing. The highway is VERY loud. Most annoying? Finally falling asleep, waking up feeling bites and I’m itching like mad both nights. I turn on the light tonight and find a trail of bites up my arm. It’s currently 4:40am and I can’t wait for daybreak so I can get out of this place.

This time we all lived in a BW hotel chain. It feels very good. The bathroom and the washing place are separate. It is very convenient. I will continue to live in the United States.

So we stayed at this hotel because of the reviews. However, we wish those reviewing would give a real experience. So the hotel lists free wifi in their amenities however, if you attempt to use it you are asked to sign up and pay 4.99. If you chose not to you cannot open anything because the connection is so slow everything just times out. So I called the front desk because I had homework that I needed to do and she helped me out. The gym was nice and convenient. I missed the part in the hotel description of the restaurant but it was ok we tried it for dinner and what we ate was good and the prices were similar to what the restaurants are charging. The waiter and chief were great. The room was a nice size it was clean and work perfectly for our stay. The only thing we didn't like was how hard and uncomfortable the beds were. It was like sleeping on a padded wood plank.
