Passamos uma noite no Aero Hotel , hotel novo, bem localizado, fica aproximadamente a uns 15 minutos do aeroporto , quarto bem limpo, chuveiro muito bom e cama excelente. Café da manhã delicioso, preço honesto. Recomendamos com certeza, única ressalva é que o acesso da rua para a recepção é feito por escada, não sei dizer se da garagem tem elevador até a recepção, o que dificulta a acessibilidade.

O hotel informa que dispõe de roupa de cama e toalha, mas só oferecem lençol, não tem cobertor ou edredom. Passamos frio para dormir. Tive uma intercorrência com meu esposo que machucou o pé no banheiro, liguei na recepção e eles simplesmente não têm kit de primeiros socorros. Fiquei abismada. Tive que comprar (pedi pelo ifood- farmácia) para poder fazer um curativo. Eles disseram que não tinham e fim. Não se disponibilizaram para ajudar. Pedi que trocassem o pano de chão porque tinha sangue e demoraram horas. Papel higiênico só tinha UM rolo no quarto. A noite acho que fica somente um recepcionista para resolver tudo. Por lei eles deveriam estar preparados para qualquer ocorrência, com um brigadista ou enfermeiro de prontidão e kit de primeiros socorros, mas não estão. Honestamente, não voltaria. Fiquei decepcionada.
