1. Extremely poor service attitude: The hotel was already closed when we arrived at 19:00, and no one answered the doorbell after ringing it for a long time. In the morning, I talked to the front desk staff about parking, and their attitude was very indifferent. 2. Room facilities: Thick dust accumulates in many places in the room, such as the microwave oven, hair dryer, etc. The shower cap in the bathroom was actually packed in a box, but it had been taken apart and used and there was still water inside. The room facilities are very old.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable but you could hear the neighbouring units water going down the drain every time they used it .

The room was large with separate living area and bedroom. The property was easy to access and located close to shops, cafes, etc. The Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Parking was limited, but we always managed to find a space.

Very spacious room presented very nicely. I was in top floor and as my room had been recently insulated it was warm and cosy so really appreciate the great work the new owner is doing to insulate the top rooms. Nice staff.
Only issue is the parking which can be tricky - think that the carparks should be numbered and allocated to guests who can pay extra for a carpark - there were not many parks and alot appeared to have non guest cars taking up the spaces which is really annoying especially on cold wet Invercargil days.I would be happy to pay extra for a guaranteed car park space.
