The room is super large, two large beds of one meter and five, breakfast is also very rich, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs taste good. Bread, yoghurt and cakes come in a wide variety. Oatmeal is also quite suitable for the taste of the oriental.

After leaving my original review, i was harassed by the manager of the property via email. He began using his personal email to harass me about the problems we had during our stay. The original review is also down below. Every morning we were woken up by someone vacuuming the hallways between 7-8. I would think it to be common sense to do that between 11-3 then the hotel is most empty but every morning someone was vacuuming and waking us up. We stayed for 3 nights, and after the second night they shut off the water and no one let us know. They let people checking in the night before know but they did not notify us of this happening so we had no way to shower before a business meeting. The AC unit in the fitness center also was broken as well and the one in our room kept shutting off randomly and displaying an error code. The wifi cut out twice a day and logged us out of all our devices. And the breakfast was not good. They didn't have anything warm and there were odd pastries that made me sick. I will not stay here again.

When I booked the room, I asked it as shown on the site( no tapes), as by chance there was more !! Clean room but very noisy environment. 2 families with several children very noisy in the corridor that are crazyly sweating from others. Even after warning at the reception, no change. Very noisy even at the end of the evening. A mother and a child near the pool who cried this morning at 6.30, near the rooms. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends traveling to the United States. It seems to me a hotel for families and not for travelers who want to sleep peacefully!

Good breakfast, coffee is good, there is a supermarket around the hotel. Hotel can also cook in the room. Extra bed. Large room. There is parking at the hotel entrance.

The room was very big and had a jacuzzi tub with it which we enjoyed very much. Location was great as there were many stores and restaurants on Route 9. Place looked a little sketchy at first but we had no problems or issues. Pillows were flat and not the best but the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend for a nights stay when in Latham NY

This is my second stay at the Century House - my daughter moved to the area last year. This time we had a good-sized group of family with us for two nights including a day at Saratoga Springs race track so we reserved three rooms. When we arrived at 3:15 only one room was ready. By 4 the other two still weren't ready and since they were in the same area as the one room we could use we could see that there was no activity in the rooms. We went back to the desk and were then given two other rooms on the same floor that were ready...not sure why that didn't happen initially. We also noticed that the original rooms were still not ready by 5PM and it seemed the same way the next day - it's odd to see the hallways full of housekeeping at 5PM. If you want to check in to your room anywhere near their 3PM checkin time I'd suggest calling ahead. Other than that everything else was excellent. The rooms have been updated and are very nicely appointed. The morning breakfast is good and the workers in the breakfast room are just awesome. Friendly, helpful etc. We were there during a heat wave so cooling off in the pool in the afternoon was perfect. We had a drink in the tavern one afternoon and the bartenders were so much fun we wanted to go back but just ran out of time. We'll definitely return to the Century House on our next visit to the area in the fall.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was very friendly and the location is ideal. I have stayed there years ago and the facility has been well maintained. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options and was a great way to start the day.

My wife and I used to love this place, and stayed here a number of times in the past….but this recent stay was like a dip into the inner rings of HELL. First, when we arrived our sheets and bedding had human hair on it, and obviously was not cleaned at all, but half-way shuffled to give the appearance of a made bed. Strike one! We did get moved to a new room, but that was not a good way to start our vacation. Then, we went to take a swim. Please know we had called ahead of time to make sure the pool was working, as we got the hotel for the purpose of taking our son swimming. That is why we booked it. The pool was ice cold, like the final ring of Hell in Dante’s Inferno, like totally freezing. I lasted a few minutes then pulled my kid out for fear he would get sick. (I did get sick by the way, the following day.) I called the front desk to ask about the heat in the pool and they said they were waiting on a part. I figured at least they were working on it and let it go. The next day we try to swim again and this time the pool is shut down, totally not working. Not a big deal except we had booked the hotel simply to use the pool. We asked to speak to the manager, and the woman at the front desk (who was very unfriendly) said she couldn’t find her but would have the manager call us. After several hours and no phone call from the manager, we decided to take a day trip to Oneanta where my wife went to school….since watching TV in a hotel is not that exciting and we had booked the room simply to use the pool. STRIKE TWO! We got back late that night, and I started not feeling well. The next morning the pool was still broken, and still no call from the manager. We went to breakfast and my son wanted the sausage offered but the pan was empty. There was more than an hour left on the breakfast schedule. We waited at least 20 minutes and no one was visibly working the breakfast and no sausage appeared either. So, I went to ask the front desk about the sausage situation. It was the same miserable woman as before at the front desk. The woman at the front desk was rude, and said “I don’t work there” when I told her about the breakfast situation. I thought ***? She cannot call or buzz the breakfast people from the front desk and inquire? I asked her: “does someone work there?” And she replied yes and told me to go back and find them. This I found to be very odd given we are in times of COVID and inviting people to go into a food prep area seemed weird, but I followed her direction and went back there, and found a middle aged woman so in love with her cell phone, oogling it as if it was the greatest lover she had ever known, and not seeming to be doing any work at all. I asked her about the sausage and she gave a one word reply of: “finished.” Really? It was an hour left before breakfast ended and they are going to start shutting down the options? I went back to my table, and my very disappointed 6 year old who didn’t get to swim other than a few minutes in a few
