Room was not fully cleaned. We went to Target to buy wipes to wipe down sticky surfaces. No toilet paper holder in room. At check in agent didn’t even notice I was there until another staff member came from another area and told them (I could not see them where they were sitting). Nobody at front desk at check out. No breakfast set up in the morning.

This is the Hotel that we stay at every time we travel to visit family. We have stayed at this Hotel Several times and Customer Service has always been good. Room has always been Clean. We have never had any issues and will return agian.

Was in a nice location, with a mall with a target, and some food options nearby.
As a vegan it was a bit of a shame that there wasn't any vegan food options for the breakfast - that's about the only thing I'd change. Coffee also wasn't great!

Hotel is undergoing renovations, but room was comfortable and clean. I left a jacket there and they called to make arrangements to get it back to me, which I greatly appreciated.

The room itself was very nice for a Super 8. The other spaces were fine. It was pretty easy to hear people in their rooms from the hallway which was odd, but inside the room it was very quiet.

The manager was super nice & helpful.
The room was clean & neat. It was a smoking room, which I managed to miss. Do not miss that! It makes a big difference! We all smelled like an ashtray the next day 😝
Good cable tv, a microwave & mini fridge and good internet.
We were traveling with kids 7-12 and everything was either $$$ or booked. This was our only affordable option. The area felt safe and the room was super quiet. Would we stay here again? No. But it did have redeeming qualities - if you need it in a pinch or if you are a smoker!
