I stayed at Arizona Charlie's Decatur with a friend for two nights.
I personally don't recommend it.
The location is on the west side, about a 10-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. We took Uber, so it cost $20-30 each way just to get to the Strip.
The service was not very satisfactory. First of all, the room we were initially shown to was not cleaned, and towels and other things were scattered everywhere. We went to the front desk and asked for a different room, but even though we had reserved a non-smoking room, we were shown to a smoking room.
The room was not dirty at first glance, but the sheets were torn, there were hairs in the bathroom, the hair dryer was broken, and it was a mess.
We turned on the TV, but we couldn't watch it unless we paid. The refrigerator worked well. The first floor was a ***, but the noise didn't bother us. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap were provided.
