環境挺不錯，服務挺好。酒店專用電梯比較安全。

除了凌晨臨街的房間有點吵，其他都很好，重點表揚前台小姐姐，辦事效率很高，打電話過去要換房間，立刻就換了，而且人特別温柔親切，打掃衞生的小姐姐也很利落！這幾天住的很舒服，特別推薦～給兩位小姐姐加雞腿！

住了很多次酒店，這一次的衞生條件讓我大為震驚。第一晚晚上8.9點到，前台帶我們到了一個房間，電閘有問題，説是給兩個房卡，我們也沒介意。買了點吃的，空調一開裏面全是灰（圖一）。浴室玻璃上也是灰，窗户旁邊還有上一位住户留下來的化粧品垃圾。 聯繫前台給我們換了房間，之後我們洗了頭髮，吹頭髮的時候，發現吹風機冒火，並且有焦味。第二次聯繫前台。於是給我們換了吹風機。 正準備睡覺發現第二個房間被套是壞的，於是我們看到了被芯裏面有不明物體，看起來像女性生理期造成的（圖二）。於是第三次聯繫前台，前台給我的回覆是，大半夜的哪裡去給你找被芯。那麼請問大半夜的我就要將就在那裡睡了嗎。 第二晚，聯繫其他前台才得以解決。 該酒店的衞生條件我個人認為有待改善，以及前台處理事情的態度也有問題。發現問題時，沒有一句道歉。反覆找藉口，最後問我去哪裡給我找被芯。我想這是你們工作範圍內的事情，不應該反問客户。

設備破舊，衞生很差，燈光昏暗，衹有幾個小燈，燈很詭異，大晚上的門口的燈自動亮了，隔音很差，晚上很吵，隔壁房間、街道各種噪音不斷，一晚上沒睡好，牙刷硬得掉毛，洗澡間沒有大浴霸，衹有手拿的那種小噴頭浴霸，價錢還那麼貴，真是糟糕透頂的一次住宿！
