一直生活在蘭州，第一次見性價比這麼高的酒店，環境衞生沒得説睡着很踏實，前台小哥哥小姐姐禮貌客氣，微信都是秒回，很贊，酒店有落地窗，投影音質也很不錯，強烈推薦給經常住宿或者前往蘭州的外地朋友們！

用攜程這麼多年第一次最差的差評給這個酒店了。各位認真看評論定酒店的朋友聽人勸吃飽飯不要定這家，萬達茂對面有太多酒店可以選了，沒必要自己找不痛快，之前那麼多差評我還抱有僥倖心理定了兩天真是活該。
酒店寫了是寵物友好，我住進來以後他們説友好的衹有貓，不包括狗，允許帶寵物，但是不允許帶狗，請問這是什麼擦邊概念？要收我300按金，我表示比房費還貴，有收費依據嗎，值班前台一位戾氣很重的男士直接説他講的話就是依據，然後讓我愛住就住，不住就走。請問有這麼做服務業的嗎？好好的蘭州之行讓人生氣，後來攜程客服去溝通都不順利，前台非常強硬説不付按金就帶人上門當面收，氣的我差點報警。真的一言難盡，他們還特別會胡説，把黑説成白，都説成顧客的不對。攜程還是挺好的，幫我協調賠付。
這周圍的樓民宿酒店太多了，我來了才知道，不要選這家，之前的差評原來都是真的，真是大大踩雷。這麼做事，生意不會好的。

房間投影很一般 卡的要死 然後那個洗衣機也很雞肋，完全也不能用。衞生也很垃圾 地板臟的要死。然後那個熱水 燒四十分鐘 用十分鐘就沒了 我是真服了 第一次在酒店洗冷水澡還洗一身沫 真的是差的要命。

環境衞生都挺好，設施也不錯，服務也挺好，什麼都好，唯一的缺點就是靠自己的腦子去找這個賓館前台確實是不好找，提前打電話給前台問好吧，回頭客很適合再次去這裏居住，也不用再擔心找不到前台了😂沒拍照片，湊合看出遊類型，商務朋友情侶單人都可以
