Air conditioning is not working. Constantly 27 degrees in the room. The staff will unlock your window so you can open it, won’t change anything on the heat in the room though. It seems that the staff knows about this issue but is not interested in fixing it.
Definitely not worth the self-acclaimed 5-Star rating, what a shame.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic in helping us upgrade our room type. The room was large and very convenient for the whole family to travel. The child woke up late during breakfast and missed breakfast. The waiter was very considerate and prepared a lunch box for him.
Of course, some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, and we look forward to upgrading

The hotel is in a good location. The Wanda business district nearby is quite complete. However, I have never seen such a perfunctory Wanda hotel. The hotel parking lot is very crowded and there is no parking guide. I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm and was told that none of the three rooms were ready. I waited at least 40 minutes and gave up on the same floor before I got the room card. The room phone was broken. The air conditioner in the room was broken. The room temperature was still 27 after turning on the cooling all night. The window could only be opened a little. It was hot and stuffy in the room in the morning in early May. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The room is very clean and large. The sunny windows let in plenty of sunlight. The facilities are complete. Basically, the whole house is smart, quiet and sanitary.
