The room is very good, the smoke-free floor has no taste. Call the hotel in advance to ask for ventilation to explain that the air is sensitive, and a purifier is arranged. The fruit is very good! We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

This homestay is too popular. It’s not the kind of ordinary house in my own home. The decoration is very serious to see the owner. It’s a very high-grade decoration. The electrical appliances are all Xiaomi. The projector is also very cool to watch movies. The small details are very sensational. I think it is a good choice. The customer service is very enthusiastic and the attitude is very good. The surrounding environment is very convenient. It can be said that it is a one-stop shop for eating and drinking. Yes, I like this homestay. Will come again.

Traveling during May Day, the hotel is in Bazhou, and I feel good, especially the swimming pool, the water is very clean, there is no smell of chlorine, and the private hot spring water is slippery, comfortable and comfortable. The first time I stayed at the hotel, I exceeded expectations. This room type has a separate bubble pool, hot spring water with smelly eggs, sun room, oversized bathroom, dry steam room, this price is still very cost-effective, the family gathers to chat, drink tea and soak in the hot springs. The elderly are very satisfied. This season is also suitable, not hot or cold in the sun room. I went to the public hot spring outside and walked around. During the eleventh period, there were a lot of guests. The pool was open. The indoor and outdoor were open. It felt that the water was too hot to go. It was more wonderful to go back to the room to enjoy the private soup. The service of the hotel is particularly good, every staff member is very enthusiastic, there are questions and answers, and there is a need to solve it, which is great.
