Ideal position of hotel on a lake surrounded by forest. After a long walk we looked forward to coffee and cake on the terrace. Very nice young lady took our orders but when we queried whether the decoffinated coffee was really as requested, the rudest of waiters whipped the coffee away from under my nose and told me that I cannot drink it. When trying to complain to the manageress her reply was that she had no time to discuss this. To top it all she overcharged us. Perhaps it is a gimmick to be rude to visitors. We did not stay overnight in the hotel - the rudeness of those 2 was enough to escape asap
