GGuest UserThis was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

DDestructA very cosy hotel which is close to airport, ammenities and attractions. Easy to grab around to and fro. Room is not as spacious but the toilet is bigger than average.
Room is clean with basic things available and most important is the aircon is working ans easy to control.
Good stay before flight back.

GGuest UserRoom very spacious with 2 super King size bed that sleep 4 person. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom also very spacious with 1 standing shower and a bathtub. Can draw up the blind and enjoy outside view while soaking in the bathtub. Every unit has a small little pool for you to soak and at the same time enjoyed the sea or mountain view depending on unit facing direction. TV attached 2 small speaker that provide better audio for listening to music. TV has multiple and international channel for selection. It also have internet radio and video on demand (but most are old movies).
Some negative point. Breakfast especially on weekend either go very early 6.30am or after 9.00am else face a long q for a table. Next need some improvement on air con compressor which I think is mounted at toilet area. It generated noise which can be rather irating especially late at night.

EErwan MajeedHaving seminar here and the checked inn was smooth and steady. Given high floor room and the view was great. Room was ok and cleanliness acceptable. Breakfast was good and tasty. Overall it was a good hotel to try and the location was superb.

GGuest UserOverall quite good. The suite is very spacious, amenities are good. We had conference at the SPICE Convention centre, easily able to grab there in about 10 mins. The only downside is the room is not too soundproof. Every night there is a mini concert nearby by residents at the area which we can hear from our rooms

DDayahYong1st time check in sini..masa nak check in kena tunggu dlm stengah jam jgak sbb bilik bnyak x ready..ada event dlm hotel tu but it's ok..ruang mnunggu sgt selesa..anak2 pon enjoy sebab pool best dan xdak la bahaya sgt kan..hotel yg strategy sbb dikelilingi dgn bngunan kedai,kedai mkn etc..x ambil skali breakfast tp akan repeat lg soon mmg kena try breakfast sini plak

SShafiq_GhazieMade a last minute booking at this hotel; for a one night stay. Arrived in the evening; yeah they ad the rooms ready. Staff were decent. Good size lobby. The room Got the rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a lift; so easy to go up. Small room. Toilet seems big for budget hotel. Towel was superb; fluffy and fresh. Good hot shower with good water pressure. Just the air condition was not that cold at all. Moving around is easy with Grab. There are many food store nearby. Overall, this place is decent if you have things to do in Bayan or Airport area. Just dont expect much.

AAnnetteMay2019HIGHLY recommended hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. The bed and pillows are so comfortable! The best part of the hotel is their staff. Look for Mr Zaid. He is a gracious and wonderful host! I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet! When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel. For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Hot and cold water dispenser, iron and ironing board are available in the common area. At Eureka, you will get the warmth of a homestay and the feel of a hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends! Thank you Mr Zaid and team!
