This is the most satisfactory hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is beautiful and the hotel is very elegant. I like our room very much. The floor-to-ceiling windows are large and the view is super good. The hotel service is also very good. Because the manor is so big, someone drove us to the room. The red wine and food are very good, I like it very much.

The hotel's facilities and environment are very good. The only thing that makes me angry is that when we checked in, the waiter asked us where we were from. The answer was China. The service attitude suddenly became bad, the smile disappeared, and the room we were given was in the corner with obstructed view.

A luxury house located in the middle of the mountain, with very tasteful design. There is a recliner outside each room.
The aromatherapy in the bathroom is too fragrant.

We fell in love with this place and stayed longer than we’d planned! Had a room in the main building first, which was great. But moved to a lodge and it was really spectacular. I could have lived there! There’s a big lake you could walk/run around (we didn’t though, the only running we did was when we ran out of time in NZ…!). Has its own ‘back door’ (a NZ term for a winery bar, for wine tasting) where we enjoyed some wine in the sun. Not far from another one either and easy to get to Queenstown by Uber. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Note: It’s quite expensive for dinner, a bit more ‘fine dining’ and you’ll need to book. We weren’t looking for that so we ate out or did Uber Eats!
