Das Zimmer war gut und sauber und mit kleinem Balkon in den Hof gut situiert und das Preis-Leistungsverhälnis war ebenfalls gut. Am Tag vor der Anreise wurde mir gemeldet, dass am Tag der Anreise die Rezeption gar nicht besetzt sein würde und es wurde mir, nachdem ich eine Kopie meines Ausweises schickte, ein Code für die Eingangstür gemailt und die Zimmernummer gemeldet. Das Zimmer war offen und der Schlüssel lag im Zimmer. Leider hatte es im Hotel sehr laute Gäste, die bis um 2 Uhr morgens lärmten, und es war an schlafen nicht zu denken. Da die Rezeption nicht besetz war, hatte man halt auch keine Möglichkeit, dies zu melden. Nach der Abreise wurde mir die Rechnung geschickt, mit Verrechnung eines Schokoriegels von der Minibar, den ich nie gegessen habe. Es war zwar nur ein minimaler Betrag, und den hat man mir nach Rückmeldung auch anstandslos zurückvergütet. Trotzdem, wenn eine Rezeption anwesend gewesen wäre, hätte man das bei der Abreise vorort klären können. Wären diese zusätzlichen Unanehmlichkeiten nicht gewesen, hätte das Hotel von mir 4 Punkte erhalten.
