Located at the prime area of Kyoto where the restaurants and bars are at. Rows of full bloom Sakuras along the canal just outside the premises. Shopping and Lawson / 7-Eleven are stone-throw away. A great location for couple. And yes, I got proposed here! (Explains the wedding band photo)

A return trip for us as we really enjoyed our stay here last time. The hotel is in a great location and access is simple to great restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Rooms are nicely arranged and amenities are good. Staff are helpful and courteous at all times and available to help when needed. A great hotel which would definitely be on my recommended list.

This is a lovely hotel and I particularly like the breakfast with their small small little plates. The water, tea and so on is also free flow during whole day. The location is very close to many major attraction and Kyoto is a walkable town. I will recommend people to stay this hotel again.

Decent hotel. Super convenient location. Small room but clean. Friendly staff. Free drinking water at lobby throughout the day. Nice rooftop patio, sadly it was raining when I tried to get up there. For some reason, my shower temperature is cold. Didn't bother to complain as it is summer. Other than that, it's great.
