The room was spacious, and there was a gym. Breakfast was rather simple. Hot water was a bit insufficient, probably due to the water heater; sometimes the hot water would run out after a short shower. The location was a little far, but there were many restaurants nearby.

The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery. Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor

Old room like 70's hotel, very bad condition on the bathroom, the furinture, the restaurant. The breakfast was very bad, the area it feels filthy. I didn't enjoy it at all.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel.
