The hotel staffs greeted us almost immediately after I turn into the parking lot just outside the hotel.
Took a while to get used to the musky smell when first entering the room but it’s all good.
Room was spacious and opt for the Japanese style.
Love the lake view and enjoy the trail walk nearby.
Breakfast was good with the beef choice

The Lake view is superb and I love it so much. Room is perfectly new modern design and very clean as well. Just sit and relax at the window without doing anything is really enjoying because the lake Akan view is really perfect.

観光としてのホテルで、一人旅できても気軽に泊まることができました。このホテルは観光船、バスセンター、観光案内所、コンビニ、ドラッグストアと色々な施設から近く、「観光しやすいホテル」でした。ホテルから主要な観光地に行くために交通手段が必要となる場合が多いですが、阿寒湖温泉の中では、徒歩で行ける所が多いのがポイントです。また、500円のオプションをつけると、鶴雅グループの温泉に入ることもできます。もちろん、そこまでのシャトルバスも30分刻みで運行しています。
個人的な感想ですが、次回行く機会があれば、もう少しグレードを上げて予約してみようかなと考えています。清潔感のある部屋で景観や居心地は良かったのですが、２泊であることを考えると、もう少し値段を張っていい部屋に泊まれた気がするなぁとも思いました。その他諸々の費用を考慮して、次回の旅行の計画をしていきます。
2泊3日でしたが、阿寒湖をより知ることができて良かったです。また別の機会で利用できればと思います。ありがとうございました。

服務很好，早晚自助餐，景色絕美，還有煙花福利，雖然浴室有點簡易，但是湖景房價格優勢，看煙火在房間坐着就好！雖然行程安排上有點趕，導致酒店到達時間比較晚，但是工作人員拿着入住名單大雪天在門口迎接真的很感動

鶴雅應該是當地的連鎖品牌，因為行程定的倉促，當時可選的酒店不多，就選了這家的日式房間，窗外就是凍住的阿寒湖，視野很好。
服務態度非常認真、友好！因為行程倉促我們後面的大巴沒訂到座位，如果訂不到第二天就無法退房離開了……我們跟酒店前台的小哥哥求助，他非常認真地用翻譯軟件和我們溝通、幫我們分析行程，確定線路，打電話到巴士公司幫我們訂座位。整整一個下午，好幾個小時都沒有任何不耐煩，第二天我們離開時他還到大門口揮手目送我們上車！這家酒店的服務態度真的讓我很暖心，非常感謝他們！
此外，他們酒店早餐的那鍋海鮮湯太鮮美了！下次去我還要嚐嚐！

酒店的景色真的超級好，環境清幽
起床就能看到阿寒湖，可惜當天早上比較大霧
要不然可以拍到好多好看的照片
早餐也很好吃，有牛肉/魚可供選擇
服務人員只略懂一點點英文，但服務態度都很好

飯店的位置很好，除了在溫泉老街上，另一面面湖，就是搭船的地方。早餐很棒，可以一邊用餐一邊欣賞湖上風光，泡湯池也很乾淨、舒服。

大浴場、清潔で落ち着くのですが、残念ながら、窓も露天風呂もありません。到着後食事の前に鶴雅まで、入浴に行ってきた方が満足度も上がるのではないでしょうか。
