The booked room type was inconsistent with the actual room type, and the hotel refused to admit it. Ctrip customer service was still very responsible.
It is not advisable to open the door and see a room with two beds in any case, not to mention putting two completely different room types on the same booking price page...it can only be a bad review! Choose carefully!

Nice place; comfortable and clean; utilizes beautiful public bath nearby. Had to park a couple blocks away and walk.

Comfortable, spacious and super friendly/helpful staff. Private outdoor onsen was superb, especially when it was snowing. I didn’t find the public foot bath to be very warm.
Great location, central to all the places and experiences I was seeking.

The front desk doesn't speak English! The only option is a 45-minute private spa! Eating is also convenient!

The overall feeling is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is generally quiet and clean, the only downside is that you have to wait for the hot water first (I thought I didn't turn on the hot water at first, but wait for a few minutes before the hot water arrives)
