The hotel is very good, clean and fresh. The proprietress and the boss are also very nice. They are enthusiastic to help with everything. The address of the hotel is very good, just on a small road in the bustling streets of Zhouzhuang. It is very quiet to rest at night and very convenient to play. More importantly, I really recommend this hotel for self-driving. It is very close to the free parking lot. I will choose it without hesitation next time

Amazing location in the ancient town.
Nice and cosy with very nice view.
The room is facing the main scenic river area and I enjoy sipping tea while looking at the view.
Room is clean and nice.
The owner and assistants are very friendly.
They even offered local delights snacks and carried my heavy luggage up to the room and across th bridge when I checked out.
Definitely would stay here again if I visit this area.

It was a really great experience staying here. I loved it. The room was really clean and the facilities were all new. The owner was also very nice. He was afraid that we couldn't find it, so he personally went to the entrance to pick us up and helped carry our suitcases. We stayed in a room with a small courtyard on the first floor. The courtyard was very carefully decorated and very beautiful. The B&B is not far from the river, so it is very convenient to go out and play. It is not on the street and there is no noise. If I come here again, I will definitely book this B&B again.

Well, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again.
No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB).
Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

This hotel is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip from Nanjing to Suzhou and then to Zhuang Zhou. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She picked us up and sent us to the room. The hotel is 20 meters away from the entrance, which is super convenient and not as noisy as the scenic spot. The room is very beautiful and the decoration is very delicate. You can see that it is very attentive. The children especially like it. Highly recommended

This homestay is by the river. The owner called me the day before, but I didn't answer. When I arrived that day, I called her and she drove a three-wheeled vehicle to pick me up. It was quite a unique experience. This room is on the first floor, and it's quite comfortable to see the river, but because you can see clearly inside from the outside, there are often tourists or three-wheeled vehicles passing by. I may be shy and can't sit there and drink tea with the curtains open, so I still draw the curtains most of the time. Because there was construction going on nearby, I could frequently hear the rumbling sound of three-wheeled vehicles passing by when I arrived on the first day.
It is quite quiet at night. It is very close to Shuangqiao and is located in the center of the ancient town. The geographical location is quite recommended.

Environment: The inn is in a prime location, near the core scenic area, quiet in the bustling city. Since I have light luggage and like to climb stairs, this room is no problem for me. If you have more luggage, I suggest changing the room type. This room type requires going up one flight of stairs and then down one flight of stairs to get there. It is in a small corner, very quiet and suitable for sleeping. But it is a bit damp, probably because in the water town in winter, there is always a feeling of dampness and coldness, which needs to be relieved by turning on the heating.
Service: The proprietress is very enthusiastic, but I may be more introverted and can't stand the overly enthusiastic service. But the proprietress is still very good, and her service attitude is 100 points.

The boss's service attitude is super good and very enthusiastic. This is my most intuitive impression of this inn. It really makes people feel at home. The furnishings in the room are antique, and there is a small garden inside the inn. When I was doing the guide before, it said that this inn is at the innermost of Zhouzhuang. In fact, it's OK. I parked the car in the Fuguiyuan parking lot. It feels like I can watch and listen to the boss's explanation on the way to the inn, and I will arrive in a while.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

GGuest UserOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

The service is also very good. We will respond to parking, takeout, late check-out, etc.
Breakfast is also rich in variety, fresh and delicious
I particularly like the location because it is within walking distance from the Kunshan Culture and Art Center. It is so convenient to watch performances from Shanghai, especially when there are some popular performances that cannot be bought in Shanghai. The curve saves the country and the price-performance ratio is unparalleled.

AAnonymous UserWhen I came to Kunshan, I saw that Novotel Huijin was new and had good reviews, so I booked this hotel. The overall stay was good, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good, the service was good, and the decoration was not too heavy. Driving is very convenient. After entering the license plate at the front desk, you can enter and exit at will within a day. Please note that you must park in the underground garage and cannot park in a parking space with a ground lock. There isn't much food around, and it's a bit far from the business district.

GGuest UserWe chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

DDanielledWent on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play.
Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

RRain JCExceptional weekend outside of Shanghai, and its just a subway stop (Guangming Road, Line 11) and a short cab ride away. A good chunk of the wetlands is in the hotel vicinity, a good walk or bike ride can still be done by anyone. Yes, there's a railway system nearby, and the trains do get loud when they pass, but not a deal breaker. Buffet dinner was good, buffet breakfast was ok. Most cost effective trip I've taken for a long time. Much thanks to George for his awesome service.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect and also my initial consideration, right at the center of city. No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom! This needs serious attention as I have never encounter such scenarios before, in my entire life experience of travelings and staying in hotels. Never. Of course my booking came with the “late checkout privilege” so why the rush? Oh and they did offer an upgrade of room (when checking in) but, but with additional charges! Wondering if these misunderstandings were “intentional” or caused by miscommunication between the hotel management and platform, a sales technique? Please clarify: rewards enjoyable/ available after booking, if possible thank you
