非常推薦有長者、小孩的家庭入住。特別表揚卧室衞生，床上用品乾淨整潔。老闆更是細心貼心沒得説，給我們各種吃玩的攻略，還給我延了退房時間。

房子最大的優點就是交通便利，西邊是翠湖公園和講武堂，北邊是昆明動物園，東邊是醫院，出行非常方便，離吉慶祥餅店和寶焱祥過橋米線很近，強烈推薦！
缺點是老房子，設施陳舊，衞生間容易積水，介意的夥伴可以參考，總的來説適合四人居住出行。

非常好的一次入住體驗，房東為人謙和，好説話，我鑰匙和u盤丟了，房東説會在打掃的時候幫我留意一下，最後硬是幫我找到了。房子非常乾淨，住起來也很舒服，就像自己家一樣，入住也非常方便，必須好評！
