Kunming Xisheyin City Hotel (Nanping Street Jinying Plaza)

I booked two rooms, a family room and a twin room. The service was attentive, and the art hotel had many charming little details. It's about a ten-minute walk from the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The only downside is that the old town area can get a bit congested for taxis. I mainly chose this hotel because of the family room; other hotels nearby either didn't have a similar room type or were much more expensive.

The customer service was incredibly enthusiastic, and the breakfast was delicious! I'll definitely be back next time.

The environment was good, and the service was decent.

Great location, with a convenient Didi (ride-hailing) pick-up point right outside the hotel. The entrance, however, is a bit hidden and dimly lit, which honestly made me feel a little uneasy at night. But the room itself was very large and spacious, and came with complete amenities. The soundproofing was excellent, and breakfast was delicious.

The customer service was excellent, and the location is great, really close to Golden Eagle Plaza. I'll definitely be back to this hotel next time. We stayed in a family room, and there are lots of bubble tea shops, shopping, and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 15-minute walk to the Old Street.
