Very disappointed. The direction to hotel from the train station is not clear. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Staff are not friendly and helpful. Carpets in the room are old and dirty. (no cleaning only provide basics toiletries and water bottles.) uncomfortable stay.

感覺不像是温德姆，無論設施和服務都比較差，地理位置除了離南站近點，周圍很荒，無任何優勢，特別是早餐，我感覺種類和數量是最差的，西餐衹有桃酥，牛奶是那種沖調機出來的劣質貨，中餐衹有些主食，希望大家不要踩坑。

非常漂亮的酒店，環境幽靜，漂亮。窗户望出去，外面一片蘆葦，近處滿是花草。進酒店入住簡單快捷，整個酒店都很乾凈，完全沒有異味，房間整潔，親子安排也十分貼心。晚上也非常安靜。下次有機會來昆明，還會選這裏。

酒店非常差勁，他根本不是温德姆，照比温德姆差遠了。
問題如下1，洗澡衹有要麼熱死要麼冷死，淋浴頭不能用，衹能用頭頂的。2，洗澡間堵，不漏水，洗完澡廁所都淹了。3，洗漱用品根本不是温德姆配備的牙刷硬死了。4，房間的裝修垃圾的要死，一股黴味，沙發太臟了，根本不值500塊錢。5，床單、被罩、枕頭，根本不是温德姆的配比，拉皮膚，床單硬的要死，6這個酒店説是温德姆是陽光什麼酒店，打着温德姆詐騙。7，服務超級垃圾攜程直接導航給你導航到小區裏面，打電話詢問説是不是他們的問題。垃圾酒店，8早餐給吃過期的東西，雞蛋發黃發臭，下麪條加鹵汁就衹能加1勺，多了不給加我真的是笑死了。總之奉勸大家，寧願住在對面的亞朵或者全季，或者其他的都不要在這個酒店住，打着温德姆的旗號，垃圾的服務

特別特別的差，這邊晚上臨時有事要走協商都不願意，洗澡的時候差點被燙傷，熱就熱**，冷就冷**洗澡水。叫你們過來看，結果人都不來一個。這個酒店還温德姆，説白了就是個招待所。根本不值得這個價格，都不明白怎麼通過評審的。很少給酒店給差評，你們家是我唯一之家給差評的。

新開的温德姆酒店，環境不錯，酒店後面是個大花園，吃早餐就可以從餐廳走出去，早上空氣太好了，神清氣爽。環湖跑道挺不錯，人挺少。酒店早餐很不錯，有雲南特色小吃。酒店設施還行，健身房，棋牌室，茶室都有，棋牌室我們説了下，免費給我們打了兩個小時哈哈，還有個圍棋室，孩子們在那裡下五子棋。服務很不錯，送了鮮花賀卡，還送了小零食，問哪裡有特色餐廳，前台很熱心告訴我們，石林怎麼去也告訴我們，很不錯服務，加分。

前台服務很好很熱情，路上正口渴，在前台辦入住時前台服務員給我們倒花茶喝了兩杯，酒店有機器人帶我們到房間還送了水果，房間衞生乾淨整潔，空氣清新，酒店設施都有，健身房跑步鍛鍊，酒店內外環境很好，這家酒店值得推薦。
