地理位置不錯，開車導航過去很好找，門前有免費停車位，還有一個停車場，晚上可以停過去，也不收費的，進去酒店裡面光線略陰暗，前台小美女服務很好，馬上遞上熱茶。有電梯，裏面規模挺大，房間很多。房內設施齊全，衞生也不錯，還有免費飲料。下次來西安還住這裏。第二天一大早就走了，沒有在這裏用餐，但是前台美女介紹樓上有餐廳，可以點餐的。

提交訂單成功之後錢被扣了，我們到了地方才告訴我們沒有房間，網上已經給我們辦理入住。結果就是我們也沒有入住也把錢黑了。一分不退，打了幾個電話商家不接，後面打通之後説是要找攜程客服退錢。結果攜程説店家已經辦理入住不能退錢。有史以來最差的已經訂房經歷。幾十塊錢買了一個教訓。以後大家都別來這家酒店。
