這是我來昆明旅遊住過的最好的民宿，複式小樓房，樓上兩個卧室獨立分開，私密性好，乾淨衞生，小清新，距離雲南師範大學很近，性價比高，下次來還住這裏！

1.最大的優點之一就是離高鐵站很近，搭滴滴大概10分鐘就可以到。
2.另外一個優點是非常安靜，小區裏的環境很好。許多人都有養狗，會看到很多可愛的小狗狗。
3.老闆娘服務態度很好，有求必應，還會推薦相關美食。
4.房間乾淨，整潔. 温馨。連續住了兩晚，甚至還想住第3晚，可是沒空位了。非常安利！

交通非常便利，樓下就是各種吃飯的地方，附近有萬達廣場和七彩雲南廣場、吾悦廣場！美食小吃應有盡有，比如七彩雲南“菌彩·野生菌火鍋”“外婆味道”“宣威菜”等，價格適中！味道不錯！

我很喜歡這家民宿，我們定裝修豪華，複式小樓，非常乾淨，小清新的感覺，在大學城，高鐵南站過去衹需要11分鐘左右，房東人很熱情，值得五星！

地理位置好，離雲南師範大學近，高鐵站下來就，10分鐘就到了，樓下面就有吃的，附近商場竟然有好幾個，衞生挺乾淨，裝修豪華！下次還來！

為了早起趕火車訂的房間，翻了好久終於找到這家店，地理位置優越開車8分鐘就到了南站，節約了不少時間。房間裏的設施和圖片一樣，衞生非常乾淨整潔，床品都很新。我們一行有長者小孩，乾淨最重要。房東姐姐人也很好，總之這次入住非常滿意！

很不錯自駕帶車入住的選擇，小小的躍層二樓温𧅥而且還有一點點小知情調，房東非常好在路上一直關注我們問我們走到哪了，給了房間密碼、Wi-Fi密碼、很方便，房間很乾淨，一次很不錯的民宿體驗⋯推薦哦❤️

位置離昆明南近，中轉方便，去萬達也不遠。老闆人很好，每次都能悉心解答。房間整體不大，乾淨整潔，兩個卧室雖不大，但是床和枕頭都舒服，不軟不硬，且乾淨，沒有任何異味。老闆很是細心，廁所還準備有卸粧用品。唯一遺憾就是由於到得很晚，沒搞清楚如何調整水温，洗澡水温不夠，後來發現一秒鐘就能解決問題，大寫的尷尬，下次還來喔！
